The technician scoped the engine and ruled out sticky valves completely. Instead, they found that the dealership had installed the wrong spark plug in cylinder 2. What really stood out was that the technician took extra time after hours to walk me through everything he found and explain it in detail. Bottom line: they are honest, thorough, and fair which is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate their integrity and highly recommend them.
