Not being familiar with Purdy, I stopped at the first gas station I saw to see if anyone could help me put on my spare. Long story short, I got directed to another gas station, then to an auto parts shop, and then to here. With it pouring down rain and me running very late to my appointment by now, I was discouraged when I arrived, to say the least. I asked (who I later found out was) the owner, Jeremy, if he "knew of anybody that could help me put on my spare." He asked if I had the tire, I replied yes, and he said, with the biggest smile, "Just pull your car up and we'll get it put on there in no time!" I was so relieved that I just immediately started crying and did as he said. He then told me that he didn't see a flat tire, so I told him which one it was and that I had aired it up at the previous gas station. He then told me that they would check to see if it was fixable (without me even asking!) and put the spare on if not. Five minutes later, the mechanic comes in saying that my tire was fixed, no spare needed. Jeremy then told me that it was only going to be $5. When I told him that I want him to charge me more than that (I was verrrry thankful), he and the woman behind the counter both politely laughed and politely ask their head, saying that it was called, "Paying It Forward." I reluctantly handed him my card, but he laughed and said just to bring him $5 the next time I was in the area. He then proceeded to tell me that if this ever happens again, to just come straight to them and they will put air in my tires for free or do anything else needed. I know this is really long, but I can't reiterate enough how much of a savior he was that day. I ended up still making some of our bridal dress appointment in Seattle, and I'm not even driving on a donut. He didn't have to be so kind, but he was, and for that I'm very, very thankful. I will no doubt be back to them for all of my similar needs. Go see them, you will not be disappointed with their service!!!

My husband and I have been to this location three times each. All visits have been descent!…read more My first trip in was for a nail in my tire (which they didn't charge me for, even though I didn't get my tires there) and the other two times were to have tires I had purchased elsewhere mounted and balanced. Each time they were efficient and reasonably priced. My husband also brought in tires to be mounted and balanced for his first visit- everything went well. His second visit was to have his tire checked out and have it mounted onto a new wheel when his other rim cracked. They said the tire looked ok and was holding pressure/no leaks. Well, there was apparently some damage to the tire because it formed a nice bubble in the side wall about a week later- NOT their fault. After sourcing a new tire he went back in to have it mounted, and mentioned that the previous tire did have damage. They covered the mount and balance for him, even though they didn't need to. To top it off, their lobby is clean, staff is professional and friendly, and location is easy to get to.

Picked up the car a couple days later, paid for it and drove it the 8 mins home. When I got out at home, I noticed that there was curb rash on 3 of my wheels. Full disclosure- I already had curb rash on ONE of my wheels, but now I had it on three. When I inquired about what happened, I got the standard "We don't know what happened..." response. They offered to review their security cameras, but of course got a call back soon after, stating that they didnt see anything on their cameras that showed when the damage occurred, although they also said that the car was parked in a spot on their lot that didn't show the entire vehicle. I didn't even know how that was possible since it was supposed to be on their lot the whole time...but they basically made it sound like I was the one that did it because I told them I knew I already had curb rash on one wheel. Yea...right...I scratched up two more wheels on my 8 min drive home, is what I was supposed to believe, utterly ridiculous. They offered to send me the video but then never did. I don't know how they would've sent a video covering the couple days that they had it. I basically had no recourse, and they were utterly unwilling to admit that they were responsible despite the fact that it was only under their possession/safekeeping during the time the damage occurred. Nothing I could do, I will just obviously never go there and will plead with any and everyone to never entrust your vehicle to this company/location. Expensive lesson, but never again here...
