All day Wednesday I looked for it, nothing. All day today I looked for it, checked my credit card, it had been charged Monday. So I called to find out when it should be arriving, to be told that it wasn't being shipped until Monday. Three days after I've left for vacation. I asked what happened and why I wasn't notified and all I got was "it would've had to sit in a warehouse for 5 days", that is not discussed online anywhere. So now my family doesn't have ANY steak for our family vacation. And I'm waiting for a refund. They've literally ruined what we've looked forward to all week and didn't even have the decency to call and notify me. If I hadn't called my $500 steak would be sitting outside all week for me.
