Didn't really know where to take it for repair, so I started by going to a nearby tailor shop. They looked at the jacket and said they can't do it because their equipment would not be able to handle the thickness of leather. Then another customer that was in the shop chimed in and suggested that I try a leather/shoe repair shop. I called Lyndhurst luggage and they said "yes, bring it in!" I brought it in and explained what I needed done and they said come back to pick it up next Monday. Indeed, it was ready. The zipper is a little sticky, but they did say that it's because it's new and that it should loosen up with break in. Also, I thought a little pricey - $60 for zipper replacement, but I have no basis for comparison, so what do I know? All I know is that I'm so glad to be able to use this jacket again.
