Seemed normal treatment Second visit saw Luke, thought best to have bumps removed, mulled over Dr to recommend, seemed a little odd but decided on a Plastic Surgeon Went to PS, apparently had some issue between him and his PA about me, then requested estimate for Unknown Surgery he would perform, never got one, gave up on him. After about 6 months was experiencing some pain, returned to Lenahan, saw PA. Her suggestion was to go to same Plastic Surgeon who she KNEW there was a problem with and seemed quite entertained by it. Kept asking if I needed his #. Found another Plastic Surgeon on my own, but needed a referral. After lots of calls trying get that done, they got a referral and gave me an appointment for a year later, Must have been some referral. Funny thing, went a different Dermatology Office, who sent me to an ENT who called SAME Plastic Surgeon and got an appointment in 2 weeks. Do NOT appreciate having my health screwed with. Since have found another Derm Practice that has been absolutely amazing, and had the issue treated with great results.

She looked at every mark, which is the way it should be. Everyone was so nice & very easy to talk to & explain things to. They were REALLY listening & comforting. This is definitely going to be my new dermatologist. When I first walked in , it was a lot bigger than I expected & it was so clean. They have sanitizer for anyone to use. From the…read moretime we entered the office, we were made to feel like valued patients, even though we had never been there before. Check in was easy and quick. The receptionist was both very efficient and friendly. The waiting room was clean, comfortable and inviting. After waiting less than 5 minutes, we were called and escorted into a room. The room was very clean and efficiently organized. Since we were new patients, we provided our medical history to the assistant who entered. Our answers were immediately entered into our records through the use of a tablet, not rolling computers or fancy laptops. Dr. Kim came into the room after a wait of less than 5 minutes. She explained in detail the patient-centered way she runs her practice and what we could expect from her as a provider. We immediately got the feeling that she was interested in us as people and not as customers like at the other dermatological practice we were previously associated with. Dr. Kim completed her exams in a thorough manner, explaining as she did them. Everything she needed was immediately available in the fully stocked exam room, unusual for a fairly new practice. Check out was just as easy as check-in. This is not a practice filled with lots of gadgets and superfluous monitors or equipment. Everything there seems to be in line with her patient-centered approach. Located in the West Seneca Medical Park (usually referred to as the "Taj Mahal") the office is easy to find and parking is plentiful. Signage in the complex can be confusing but that is a building problem and not a practice problem. Road access is very easy. Overall, this practice seems to be one that has great potential and should grow as more people discover it. An exceptional provider, welcoming surroundings, exceptional staff and the attitude that you are important as a person, not a number or file, is what you will find here.

Also I found out their "pediatric dermatologist" is just a pediatrician. I don't know how they get away with lying to the public. Whats unethical is they lure you in and collect a copay for a SPECIALIST. How is this not fraud? I have left this practice becuase my Dr is no longer there apparantly. The staff is not professionally trained either. The phones never get answered and when they do, it's always rudeness and alot of laughter in the background. They don't take patients seriously. You are just a paycheck to them. Very sad given they are the largest practice in our region. Go out of town if you want good care. I wouldn't recommend by worst enemy here.

Never finished checking me in meanwhile 3 other patients that arrived after me were checked in and seen by the dr. Then another patient that did not have an appt was checked in and seen by the dr. As well. The receptionist converstion the entire time i was there she spoke of her personal life instead of confirming my appt. I went amd asked what the hold was on my appt and she finally confirmed I wasn't checked in. She continues to ask the other receptionist can I be next and I abruptly tell her yes im next. Then yet anotjer patient is called before me. Very unprofessional.

I had a horrible experience at Schweiger Dermatology. I went for a consultation about a few facial…read morecosmetics procedures including under eye filler, neck tightening and removal of lip lines. I was hopeful about dermal filler under my eyes for which I was quoted $800 and scheduled that appt. Before beginning Ms Delgado said that she had told me 2 vials "may be" needed, and I was very upset at double the cost, I insisted I would have remembered $1600 as opposed to $800 cost. She did half of one eye and showed me the progress so I could see that the one vial clearly would not have much result, so I said go ahead with 2 vials and get it over with. She finished my left eye, I said I expected a more noticeable difference and she put more filler under the left eye - which created a lump, so much she pointed it out to me and I could clearly see for myself. She offered a 15% discount and so I ended up paying $1360 that day (previous consult had been $125 and I bought face cleanser and lotions another 125). Her deceptive practices, and her inexperience or just lack of skill at performing this procedure, has left me very upset and depressed. My eyes are worse than before this office visit as I now have 2 noticeable BAGS under my left eye and the right eye has barely changed. After I posted the above review on google, in reply to their text to rate my experience, ms Delgado called me and told me I should come in to have the lump looked at. I replied that I was not going to drive 45 minutes there since I would not want her to touch my face again. She said they had taken pics of me before, during and after the procedure and she saw no lump, or in the photos I posted on Google which took her another phone call after she found them. I said I had four more pictures to send immediately that show a clear lump and she suggested I send them. I attempted to send them through the portal, which gave me no options to send anything to her, tried to text them to the text number I was given, and tried to call the office back and was on hold for 15 minutes with no one answering the phone. She called me back a short time later and said she saw no lump, that she was upset over my review, that she thought it was slanderous. She offered to give me her phone number so that I could text the pictures to her and immediately retracted that and would not give me her phone number. I will NEVER return to this office!
