I was told I that I was given the strongest dosage and that it was a onetime procedure and that within the 10 months I would see the results. Well, it's been over 10 months and Nothing! I went back for the 10 month follow up 3/14/2026 as explained by the clinical director. After the tech took the pics, she asked me if I was happy, I said NO nothing's changed. I want my money back. That Monday the clinical director called me Jemima. She told me she saw a little difference, and she asked me what I wanted to do. I said I want my money back she said no but, I could come in and try a different procedure. I told her NO for 2 reasons 1) you told me it was a onetime procedure 2) that I was given the strongest dosage 3) I would still have to wait another 10 months to be disappointed, and besides every time I called which was too many times to count because I wasn't seeing any results. Everyone kept reassuring me to wait and give it 10 months it. I will be happy you'll see. 12 months later I still have the eye bags. It clearly DID NOT WORK FOR ME. Just in case you say I give a good surgery that was done the day of the service not the 10 months after which is what I had to wait to see the full results which is nothing.

Why send out a confirmation text message if you aren't going to even be at the appointment yourself? I don't need anyone to call me now I'll go elsewhere. There's always some weird excuse in the reviews here where the customer always seems to be making something up because there's no way the office could own up to a mistake. A helpful tip for future business responses would be something along the lines of ...(We apologize for the inconvenience and value your time. I am not sure what went wrong but if it helps we will fit you in at your availability). Imagine getting a response like that? I guess I went to a phantom office where all the employees are invisible. They just wanted my $20 copay to rush me out the door with their halfhearted 'Have a nice day.' What a waste of time and money! My current dermatologists, MDCS in Commack, are fantastic! They listen carefully, show genuine empathy, and offer thoughtful solutions to approach the problem. Even when I came in stressed, which wasn't helping my skin issues, they took the time to understand my concerns truly.

When the doctor finally came in, the consultation lasted barely 10 minutes. She didn't seem prepared -- I even overheard her asking the receptionist why I was there right before walking into my room, even though I'd already explained that when booking the appointment. There was no apology for the long wait, just a quick rundown of what products I should stop using and a push toward purchasing new ones she recommended. There was no thoughtful explanation behind those suggestions or a real examination of my skin. I gave it another chance and came back for a follow-up. Once again, I arrived early and waited over an hour and 30 minutes before having to leave. Unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing and uninformative as the first time. Overall, the lack of respect for patients' time and the feeling of being sold to rather than cared for makes it hard to trust or recommend this practice.

His communication was clear and direct as to Do's and Don'ts of after care.. I followed to the T... no pain during surgery, but once numbing agent wore off, the pain was intense.. I did not want to take oxy, but I simply had no choice. I took Oxy the first night and the next morning, after that, I did not rely on any pain meds.. I had surgery on a Thurs. and was walking at the park for a mile on Friday.. Sat. no pain meds and drove out to a horse rescue farm out East (I live in Westbury)... A 3 ON THE PAIN METER... I'm four days from surgery and I'm back to work with my clients... no bending, or lifting anything with weight.. scaled back my work schedule to accommodate healing, but I FEEL SUPER FANTASTIC!!!! highly recommend this procedure under local.. Dr. Warm and I met three times prior to the surgery as to make sure we were on the same page. I find him to have superior listening skills and excellent memory which IMHO is super important. I am four days in from this surgery and seem to be healing nicely.. He and I went back and forth re: to do lipo in conjunction with the lift or not to do it... I left it up to him and he felt I could get away without doing lipo, but as I'm healing, I think I should have done a bit of lipo under the chin.. I will speak with him about this at the end of this week when we meet up again for a follow up.. I have no complaints thus far... My scar on my tummy tuck is not appealing, one side looking better then the other, he revised it for no charge but the problem is not fixed. The lipo that was done on my abdomen is not semetrical, obviously not semetrical. I also had lipo on my back that aswell is not semetrical I had that revised aswell, and it is still not semetrical... he did do those for no out of pocket charge, but still I paid over $25,000 for this surgery and I am not okay with the results, I can not have any other no charge fixes, it is just annoying because I didnt botch it they did so it should be fixed. I waited along time to write this review, I wanted to give him a chance to fix the mistakes, but obviously it was not fixed.
