I must say that cast members like Stephanie are wonderful to interact with. She was warm, kind, and very helpful with my concerns regarding my (gasp!) aging skin. This Sephora location has always been organized, well stocked, and clean during my visits; today was no different than before. I appreciate that I can almost always spot a cast member cleaning/stocking the store at any given time. I have known The Scissor Clinic ever since I was in barber, once a week he would come out and sharpen our tools. 15 years and about 1500 miles later, I still count on his expertise. lol, when I first met him, I told him I want my T-Outliners to cut razor sharp, he did that and then some. i was messing with someone else at the time, Darryl was aww man that man is too old and don't know what's he is doing and Darryl made me a believer. Just an excellent scissor and knife sharpening business. So professional and friendly, and the prices are more than fair for such an excellent sharpening result. I started with a few pairs of sewing scissors -- which are now razor sharp! Service was quick and I was able to pick the scissors up the next day (same day service was offered). I was so happy with the service that I took in 2 sets of kitchen knives which I expect will be as equally professionally sharpened. I am a stylist in Brentwood and this place was totally worth the drive. Daryl took excellent care of me. He sharpened my Hikari shears better than Hikari does and for $20.00 He also sharpened my clipper blades and I was so satisfied with his work that I brought him my professional cooking knives as well.
