I've been to about 4 other hairstylists/salons prior to this one. I've spent months growing out my layers, researching hair style images, and looking forward to this appointment to rock a new style. But instead, I left my appointment with face framing layers that were too short and not blended well into the ends. I believe my stylist tried to fix this by thinning the ends which ended up making me look like I have a bob with a long tail. Very upsetting, I've lost the thickness and shape at the ends of my hair which I cared for. I do want to say that when I called, Giovanni's was very responsive in refunding me. But I would much rather have received a hair cut I can be confident in.

Because of this had to go with someone else who had to do a color correction and was able to get it done the first time. She was also always late to appointments, one of my last visits had to wait over 30 minutes for her.
