She also doesn't update her booking availability on her website so if she denies your booking because a client took the spot, she doesn't message you to let you know. Or, on the other hand, on multiple occasions I have had to keep checking my emails the morning of an appointment just in case if she confirms it last minute, even if I tried to reserve the spot multiple days ahead, which is really inconsiderate of my schedule. Not to mention the fact that on some appointments she was running late, or there have been times when i have showed up to my appointment and she just straight up canceled the appointment at the appointment time with no prior notice after I already drove out here. She does cute nails , but it is really not worth the headache trying to jump through all these hoops for a nail set, I'm really embarrassed that I recommended services here to my friend who also had to deal with the same flakiness and irresponsiblity.

I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

The lady who cut my hair "Smruti" did a fabulous job. I was pleased with the results. Keep in mind that I'm not a very picky client. Smruti also threaded my eyebrows. I must add for someone who has very sensitive reactions to touch she did EXCELLENT. I'll definitely come back to her for this and a hair cut. The set up of this salon is completely different from others. First off they don't have a…read morereceptionist. You walk in and there is a sign on the wall asking for customers to have a seat in waiting area. One row of seats is blocked off by a wall, and another is blocked by a wall of products the client can purchase. There are many stylist chairs but only 2 stylist were in. Once I walked in I stood awkwardly in the middle of the waiting room looking for a receptionist table or a sign in sheet and nothing. I didn't have an appointment and was looking to set one up, or see if they could accept me as a walk in. (They had a walk-in welcome post on their door). I did find a sign on a wall that asked for clients to take a seat. I found a seat and started to look at work emails. During this time another client walked in and was greeted and asked to sit down with a stylist. I figured she had an appointment. After a couple minutes of work related dozing off I got a phone call that made me look at the time and had me realize I had been waiting for 40 mins. Still not a single "hey how can we help you". Nothing. At this point I stood up thinking maybe they hadn't seen me. Stood in the middle and still.... Nothing. I walked out. While opening the door I realized they had a beep when the door opened so I know they could hear when I walked in or walked out. Complete waste of time. Stylist should be aware of who walks in and maybe try greeting them.
