I had a small problem one day and decided to use O'Brien's and met Steve the owner. In time, I decided to use them more and more and now they are the place I go. They are pretty busy but I believe that's a good sign. Steve is as honest and up-front a person as you could meet, I trust his judgement and his word completely. He gets to know his customers and understand what they are looking for. He has gone way beyond expectation many times for me. I have had to ask him to let me pay him sometimes because if its a small concern and nothing really wrong, he won't charge me despite spending time working it. I have been lucky to have three really good mechanics in my life and O'Brien's is right there with the best.

John got me scheduled over the phone, and when I came in a few days later processed me quickly, and sent me on my way. Got a call later that afternoon with an initial diagnosis, estimate range for repair cost and schedule. Was pricey but he wasn't pushy or anything. Chose to move forward. John called a few days later when the car was done. Gave me his findings, came in under his estimate, processed payment over the phone and a contactless pickup at my convenience closed the deal. Auto repair tends to get a bad rap. I felt comfortable at John's Car, felt he was honest, and the way the car is running would get me back.
