I was on a twice weekly plan for several months. Multiple times I complained they were missing very obvious piles of waste. Even have security cameras footage of them walking though the yard without actually looking for any poop. Today the guy walked though the yard. And didn't seem to pick any up. So I went outside and found 11 piles. ELEVEN!!! I live in a nice home with a well manicured yard. These were very hard to miss. I'm tired of complaining about their lack of service. I don't have time to supervise the company I pay to pick up dog poop. And as if they're service isn't bad enough for the price they have the audacity to ask for a tip after every visit. We love this service. We have three large dogs and it's super affordable. I was injured last year and as a result have major back and neck issues so picking up has been an issue for me. Steven is the best. He always does such a great job! Im super confused about the reviews saying people were canceled on or pushed off the schedule. First they charged for the first "free" visit, then issued a credit. The guy came in, turned around, went out, took a picture of the closed gate, and emailed me that service was complete. I went out and took a dozen photos of dog poop (I have two dogs). This is not service, this is fraud. They weren't too upset at the corporate office but will send somebody out tomorrow. Today was my initial poop pick up and I just watch my cameras and the guy gets out of his truck at 12:41 goes to the gate and leaves about 12:43. Went to my back yard nothing has been picked up. I didn't have any issues with them. They'd send a picture every time they'd do the service. It was always of the gate closed. When I emailed to cancel, they wanted a response as to why. That's normal these days. Just like your doctors office wants to know why you're canceling an appointment or procedure. I'm sure it's to make sure one of the people doing the service was not the issue. I just didn't need the service anymore. read more

I only had two requests for this company lock my gate and let me know you are coming so I can make sure my dogs are inside and secure. It got to where I was having to call almost every week because one or both things were being ignored. The final straw was after they came I did a walk through and there was still poop all over the yard. I just want my dogs safe and I feel like that need was disregarded by this company. read more

I wanted to like this company & they certainly started strong. The last two months have been a complete about face though, so I just cancelled my twice-weekly services. What started as a 'delay' once or twice, turned into a regular occurrence of not being serviced on the scheduled days. And I was lucky if they ever even made it out the day after. The last few weeks have gone like this. My Thursday 7/21 service didn't happen, got the "we're delayed" at a reasonable time, so I called and asked to be put on the schedule early in the morning Friday so I could avoid getting in trouble with my HOA. Despite being told they 'couldn't guarantee when' and that they would 'do their best', no one showed up Friday 7/22. Oh sorry, someone showed up and took a photo of my closed fence gate (at 1:30 pm mind you... well after the lawn was mowed & I was stuck with a fine), but not a single piece of pet waste was removed from my yard. Then the Monday 7/25/22 service didn't happen & I never even received a "we're delayed" email. The Thursday 7/28/22 service "we're delayed" email came through at 9:25pm last night. Gee, thanks for the heads up I sit here now on 7/29/22 with my yard unserviced for 10 full days. After submitting the ticket to terminate my service, where I mentioned their inability to answer their phones, I received a call NINE MINUTES later. Pretty fast response for being 'too busy' to return my multiple calls throughout the day. The woman I spoke with tried to tell me she was returning a missed call from me and spoke to me as if I was an idiot and didn't mean to call them. As soon as I mentioned the terminate service ticket, she knew exactly what I was referring to and tried to argue with me that my yard was serviced. Maybe I'm off here, but pretty sure it's kinda hard to make up literal piles of crap. They can't even be honest in dealing with customers. I've now been fined twice by my HOA for not having the yard picked up and Scoop Soldiers has continued to bill me as if they've been here. All of that on top of the awful attitude you receive when dealing with 'customer service' on the phone. I would be embarrassed if I let a company run this poorly. TL;DR: Be prepared for this company to just stop showing up after a month and argue with you when you're ready to cancel. Good luck. read more
