Have not been disappointed with any of the drinks that I have ordered. Hot, iced or a blender.. they are all fabulous. My favorite is the turtle latte made with sugar free syrup. I love that I can order my drink on the app and I can earn rewards. The customer service is always great and my pups love the pup cup that comes with a doggy biscuit. Such a nice touch. Scooters has the best coffee around! My favorite drink is a large blended mocha. (Too bad that they don't come in XL). My wife and I always savor every last sip of that delicious drink. Trust me...you'll think me once you try it. Caution, you will be hooked. I've made it my new tradition to come here every Saturday to pick up my blended mocha and 3-4 drip coffees with heavy whipping cream. Let me tell you...they know how to make a good cup of coffee. Even if it's a couple days old, I still love to wake up to my Scooters. My daughter always gets the large iced latte with whole milk. And, she was delighted to find out that they now have XL iced lattes. The service is always fast and everyone is friendly and helpful. So, next time you see a Scooters. Stop by for a treat. It started off great, but since they've opened this location, they have burned through a ton of different staff, and I feel like prices have gone up. The food and coffee is decent quality, but the prices are now right in line with Starbucks, and that is really starting to get on my nerves. They're clearly trying to gain traction in suburbs farther out from Chicago where Starbucks hasn't established itself yet while charging the same prices. They've also frequently gotten my order incorrect lately, forgetting to add things like almond milk to my coffee, or making me a latte and trying to charge me 7 dollars when I actually just wanted a hot coffee. And by the way, it should not cost 12 dollars for a bagel and a medium latte unless you're a Seattle company that's too pricey for its own good. A chain trying to take advantage of small towns is just gonna get itself kicked out of the area. Small town folks don't need 6 or 7 dollar lattes. We can get our coffee for 2 dollars from a gas station that's right next door if you're gonna get uppity with your prices and pushy with the food trying to hit your best profit margins. This morning I was asked TWICE in the drive-thru if I was "sure" I didn't want any food. That's not a good look for the company. Don't be pushy or desperate-sounding in the drive-thru. Scooters needs to go back to the drawing board. And fix your light that's on the front of the Plano location. I've told you guys numerous times about it over the last 6 months. read more

I'm giving them two stars because the staff here is friendly, but the quality of the drinks and food is poor and over-processed. I also had a doughy cinnamon roll that tasted undercooked. Scooter's seems to think overly sweet products will compensate and hide the cuts in quality. It doesn't. For their prices, I expected at least a Starbucks quality of product. read more

Their "child's temp" option is perfect!!! My 7 year old could drink it right away but still warm enough.

I want to like this place but the drinks are way too sweet. It's certified diabetes in a cup. I asked for my drink with only half the sweetener and either they forgot or the drink is originally ungodly sweet because it's still too sweet to drink. read more
