I called Jake (my contact at Lifestyles) and he walked me through some basic troubleshooting. The following morning, they sent 'Super Rescue' Bruce with an enclosed trailer to pick up my Spyder. Note: I live far south of dealership in Monroe, WA. The shop found a weak battery, replaced it and updated the software. In the meantime, I had worked out a plan to pick up the vehicle on Friday morning. My partner is a bit ill but being a trooper, she would oblige the long trip to drop me off at the dealer. To my surprise and thankful glee, Bruce called me early this morning to say he was on the way to return the Spyder to our home.
