I called Jake (my contact at Lifestyles) and he walked me through some basic troubleshooting. The following morning, they sent 'Super Rescue' Bruce with an enclosed trailer to pick up my Spyder. Note: I live far south of dealership in Monroe, WA. The shop found a weak battery, replaced it and updated the software. In the meantime, I had worked out a plan to pick up the vehicle on Friday morning. My partner is a bit ill but being a trooper, she would oblige the long trip to drop me off at the dealer. To my surprise and thankful glee, Bruce called me early this morning to say he was on the way to return the Spyder to our home. In my case, I must salute Jake, Bruce, Ron and the staff at Lifestyles Honda for their over-the-top service.

We spoke briefly over the phone and they guaranteed me that they could do it. I am always cautious about new shops or people I don't know especially when it comes to wheels and tires. I drove in, they told me about 2 hours, but they were actually done in about an hour. I was amazed. They charge about 50 to 60% LESS than what Harley wanted and Harley wont put any non OEM part on your bike. They even gave me some maintenance info for my bike. These guys are actual certified Harley Mechanics. Between the two of them they have about 45 years of experience. I would definitely trust them with my bike and I will not take my bike to any Harley dealer without calling them first.

He picked up the bike April 1, 2020. The repair was delayed due to a part shipment but was completed on April 20th. I was sick, so paid over the phone via his square up. I had originally done paperwork for this consignment in 2018, but ended up not taking the bike in as there was a delay in Matt picking up for me. So, I felt this was going to be a positive experience. Matt assured me he had lots of interest in Harley's as he had just sold one the prior week and would get mine on his updated website/Facebook soon. My periodic observation did not confirm his words. I was very ill and isolated at home for the next few months and wasn't able to stay on top of this process. To my knowledge, there's been no serious offers on my bike. 2011 XL883L HD with 400 original miles, so I wanted to discuss dropping the price. $5000 asking...no hanging tag on my bike in his shop. (seen through the window) I left a note on the door yesterday, 8-6-2020. The number to the business is disconnected, he is not answering me on his cell. As a combat veteran, I try to think outside the box and remain hopeful that this young man with over 20 years mechanical experience will do the right thing and face his customers as he is young and has many years of opportunity to experience. On Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 10:00 I called for an appointment for a tire rotation. At 10:20 I walked in and the place was packed, no empty chairs. I walked up to the man behind the counter and told him that I need to have a tire rotation. He said Okay, that it would take 2 hours. I said Okay, I gave him my key, waited for an open chair and sat down. I saw the full waiting room empty, fill back up, and empty again. After 2 & 1/2 hours and the room was filling back up again, I got in line, went to the counter and asked the man about my car. He asked about the model and make of the car and walked away. He never came back to me, he started waiting on other customers. After another 10 to 15 minutes, I walked back up to the counter and he asked me if I wanted to wait for my car to be done. I looked out in the parking lot and my car was still there. I told him NO! I wanted my key. He took my key out of the bag, gave it to me and tossed the paper work away. This is very poor customer service. After spending thousands of dollars on new tires, this is how they treat you. After they have your money, good luck with customer service.
