Efficiency: 3/5 They are always busy and I've seen people standing around while one person makes smoothies alone. Many hands make light work. Deaf friendly staff 3/5 the noise level is LOUD and CONSTANT between machines whirring and people talking, it renders hearing aids useless and leaves a general cacophony of noise. So trying to talk to the person taking the order becomes futile and renders hearing anything useless. But when I try to write my order to them I get rolled eyes. Building appearance/flow 1/5. Seriously. The worst ever. It's squishville in there. The counter seats are always full as well as the tables so you have people standing in line to order and people standing around waiting for their order, ontop of people coming in and out of the door. If you have panic attacks, are clausterphobic or are generally an anti people person, I strongly suggest you send a willing minon in there because it will drive you over the edge. Wait time 3/5 I'm not a smoothie maker so I may be ignorant but it seems a very long time to wait for a smoothie. Granted the bursting at the seams business has much to do with it ;so maybe I should just shut up on this. They also make food but ive never eaten any of it. Taste. 5/5 this is what makes me deal with the aforementioned nervy factors. Seriously worth the 10 to 20 minute wait and rise in blood pressure. (from the squishiness not from the drinks.) On this morning there was a nice lady working the window and we ordered 2 - 12 oz Americanos as well as a 24 oz Americano for myself. After waiting a bit for the coffee to cool, I was finally able to try it. The coffee here didn't impress me much. While it wasn't bad, it also wasn't a flavor that suited me. I will say that it was a bit on the lighter side and smooth without any bitterness. The bottom line for me is that I probably would not head back here again in the future. While there was nothing wrong with the coffee per se, it just wasn't for me.
