WAY TOO QUICKLY ADDED: "but I'm not positive, because I don't work in BILLING!" hmmm....... so many mysteries. For personal comfort, I prefer having the lights on rather than off while in the chamber. I know it's psychological, but I feel calmer being sealed in with the lights on. The lights automatically shut off after about 15 minutes, so I had to ring the call button to have them turned back on. That worked fine, especially during my second visit, and the staff was responsive. The office is conveniently located, easy to get to, and overall the experience felt supportive and well run.
