With the additional time James has taken to speak with me about results and go over recommendations, I'd say his services are not only above and beyond what I've come to expect from other inspectors, but a tremendous value. A receptacle in the enclosed patio wasn't working. He didn't seem to know what a in ceiling large vent was for. He didn't point out the corrosive bathroom faucets. The cost of this inspection was at least $200+ more than hiring an independent contractor to do the inspection. I wouldn't use them again. Didn't feel it was worth the extra money.
