Again this is someone whose shirt i complimented, with whom both of us had been cordial, but could not be talked into a calm state. All of this because i leveled with him and expressed nebulously aimed frustration over a job that didn't last for the drive home, as the explanation for why i was asking for a redo. I asked him, "i mean objectively, you can understand why I would expect it to last till i reached home two miles away?". His rumination on the phrase "i felt ripped off" in response to the crashwrap beginning to peel off 0.5 miles from the facility was self-driven. That being said, why even recommend this as a temporary fix if I can't drive home with it? I would've liked it done right the first time and that's fair to express. We don't have to agree or see eye to eye and it's his right to feel I'm overly difficult. It was suggested that I should've cleaned my car first, not that they should've wiped it down the first time before applying wrap. (The car wasn't in the shop to have any crashwrap applied, so why would I have wiped it?) Ultimately I paid $104 to get an issue diagnosed and temporary tape put on the sunroof. I'm frustrated that I'm out $100 and the issue is not any closer to being fixed. The technician himself was amiable and communicative and the owner is also a pleasant man to work with. That being said this experience has burnt this spot for me. Having a disagreeable person work for you isn't a dealbreaker but maybe don't place him front of house.

Close to my overnight destination, I managed to 'limp' car there after a couple cycling stops for engine to cool. at 81 years old I became veryworries & anxious about what to do! Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! He was able to identify the problem, fix it, & do a couple tests to make sure. He was truly a GODSEND. And this guy KNOWS his stuff! His fee was reasonable & fair - a great value. If you need an honest mechanic in town, you need to call Mr. Kweleme. My vehicle wasn't feeling…read morethe same after it was serviced. I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

went there to get a belt changed. they told me they put on the belt and that it needs engine repair…read morefor 4-5k. i said no and when i got the car back the belt wasnt even on it. i called and asked if they even put it on, and they said they put it on but took it off later. when i asked why, they had no good reason and got rude and angry with me over the phone. according to my photos i took before dropping it off, looks like they didnt touch a single thing related to the belt, didnt even touch the screws. so they lied about putting the belt on, tried to say i needed an engine repair/swap, and then charged me $165 for doing nothing. i went to another shop and said its probably just a belt issue or AC issue, but if they were to do an engine swap or repair it wouldnt be over 2k anyway. theyll boldface lie to your face and get angry when caught in the act, avoid at all costs
