The driver Casildo Pineda was very nice and gave me the company business card but since then numerous phones messages, numerous emails along with photos of the damage and auto glass replacement invoice have been completely ignored. Not even the decency to share their vehicle insurance information. Its sad that I have to file a CHP report and take them to small claims court to get them to take care of this. So far they very low integrity.

Chris did arrive on Friday as promised, but a week has now passed and I have received neither a bid nor any follow-up communication from anyone at the company. Shortly after the appointment, their Thumbtack profile was also removed or hidden. While I can't say why, the timing was odd, as it prevented me from leaving a review on the platform where we originally connected. I've uploaded screenshots with this review documenting the interaction, including Chris's last-minute cancellation, his offer of a 5% discount, and the Thumbtack notification showing the company was no longer available on the platform. We met with several vendors for estimates, and out of all the vendors I met with, Bryan from Better Green Turf stood out. Bryan was not just professional but also incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
