Scott's Diner is the bomb! If I was running my own diner it would be a lot like Scott's - Clean, Neat, Friendly service, Great food with big portions! Menu pricing on point for the quality and experience. Hash browns for days! The meat Omelette was delicious and sour dough bread toast Scott's is in a small town but a big win for breakfast! Grabbed some of their house seasoning to bring home Keep it up happy customer

I've been going here for a while now and I wanted to let everyone know how good it is. They serve great lunch and breakfast. Some of there best foods are there Mac and cheese there mushroom Swiss and there pancakes. The people are super nice and the place is well decorated to look like an old dinner. The place is also one of the cleanest restaurants I've been in as well as the quietest. 10/10 would go to again (though I would stay away from the Rubin, unless you are very manly or a cat)

Chili cheese omelette was delicious Onion rings

Breakfast done right indeed!! Portions are very generous Service is fantastic Definitely a must when being around the area

The Carnivore omelette with hash browns

I was in town visiting my alma mater #GoMuskies and stopped by for lunch. I love the food here and the very friendly and attentive staff. I had the carnivore (meat lover's) omelette and hashbrowns and rye toast. The breakfast for lunch hit the spot. The generous portions filled me up so much that I'm going to have a light dinner tonight. I'm glad this restaurant continues to do well. Hopefully the next time I'm able to eat here is sooner rather than later.

Single French toast that is cinnamon amazing. Corned beef hash in the distance and ham and cheese omelet up front.

Amazing food and customer service. We stopped on a road trip, worth the detour. They have their own home made seasoning and dressing as well. Quality real food better than any chain.

Wonderful little place! My boyfriend and I were driving home from camping at Salt Fork State Park and I wanted to find somewhere off the beaten path to have breakfast. This was the perfect pick! While the diner is small, we were able to be seated at the bar almost immediately when a couple was kind enough to vacate their spot as they had finished eating. We witnessed the same kindness as other diners entered the restaurant anticipating a wait, when a couple seated at a table moved to two open spaces at the bar to make room for the larger party. The service was amazing, there were a couple of super attentive and friendly ladies working the counter and checking in with us. We ordered the full blueberry stack of pancakes and the classic breakfast, and we were surprised by how big the pancakes were (dinner plate sized!!) and the large portion of hashbrowns. The blueberry compote on top of these pancakes was to die for. I also enjoyed the display of children's books, puzzles, and candles in the back of the diner, which I only browsed for a few minutes as our meal came out quickly after we ordered. The diner is right up the road from Muskingum University where my sister went to college, so it was nice to drive around and experience a bit of nostalgia for our fun times together there. I would absolutely recommend this quaint, sweet spot for a delicious breakfast and impeccable service.

Location: 41 E Main St, New Concord, OH 43762 Website: https://scottsdiner.com/ Menu: see website Hours: see website Parking: plenty of free lot parking and street parking available. Scott's Diner is worth your morning. Hands-down, the ultimate diner experience. This restaurant is open until 2 PM daily for breakfast and lunch. It is small - so plan accordingly but you will not be disappointed. 5-star service, food, and experience is awarded to this small diner we were lucky enough to find on our way through John Glenn country (Ohio). It is a small but immaculately clean restaurant. How small? Pretty small. Inside there are 5 tables, some counter seating, and 3 picnic tables outside to suit your preference. This is an impeccably well-run diner. One cook. One wait staff for front of house. We watched this duo handle the multiple orders on a busy Friday lunch hour with efficient and friendly ease. The food is marvelous. The service is even better. We had the BELT and a Reuben sandwich with their famous fried potato wedges. I was fortunate enough to have a companion willing to share; so I scored half of each version. I worked through a case of FOMO for not ordering breakfast, but was very happy with the sandwich (es). This is an outstanding diner!

What a great place! Found it through Yelp, as usual!!! Friendly great service. Good saw awesome. Had breakfast. Good prices. The locals all said hello to us. What a slice of Americana. I wish every restaurant was this friendly and approachable. They make their own breakfast sausage patties. I Strongly recommend this place.

Heading to Columbus for a soccer game (Chelsea v Man City) & I wanted to stop for brunch along the way from our hotel in Washington PA. I chose Scott's Diner because of the reviews. We weren't disappointed. The staff are super friendly and we got the experience we were hoping for, a cozy small town Diner with great food and great service with a welcoming atmosphere. The bacon is delicious, I would recommend asking for the hash browns extra crispy and order a side of their deliciously thick sausage gravy to smother over the top! My son had the blueberry pancakes and I'm not much of a pancake fan but they smelled so good that I tried some and they were delicious. The coffee is good & fresh too.

A great small business that cares for their customers! Every front staff person came by to check on…read moreus, bring us food, irrespective and bring refills etc. Our party ordered burgers, gripped cheese, and a hot dog. The person whobhad the gilles cheese added bacon. They said the bacon was perfectly crisp, not floppy, not burnt. The Hot Dog was a Costco style 1/4lb dog, nuff said. The burgers came out on a soft hamburger bun, topped with a generous portion of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The patty was a well seasoned 70/30 patty that hit all the notes. Just right, not overly seasoned with GSP or fillers. Salt pepper Beef that's all. Finally, the star... the hand cut fries! This was a bonus for us as we didn't know thet had them. When the server suggested them, we all said yes! They were that rich brown that fresh fair fries get...ya know?! Summary: If you're in the area and are looking for a place to eat, check out the restaurant masquerading as a house in the center of Buckeye Lake.

I had the walleye dinner with baked potato and coleslaw. It was fantastic. Fresh walleye given in a generous portion. This has the feel of places I grew up with in southern Ohio in the 70s and 80s. The prices were amazing. My dinner was under $13 bucks which is half what you would pay in Columbus. The breakfast items looked huge and delicious so we will definitely be back to try those. Overall nostalgic small town restaurant vibes. Definitely check it out if you are in the Buckeye lake area.
