Yet, when I got home, the door handle's keyhole had been jabbed through with some kind of tool--the keyhole was completed destroyed & I had to buy a new doorknob. --I arrived home at about 8pm & at 2am, the "Pet Sitter" & her boyfriend walked into my house DRUNK, to supposedly take care of my dogs! Her behavior was horribly unprofessional in every aspect! When I contacted the Owner of Ark Angel the next morning, she was unapologetic and made no attempt to smooth things over with me or compensate me for the broken doorknob. Additionally, she showed no concern that my dog's skin condition had worsened because of her Employee's s neglect! I was really shocked that the Owner of this pet sitting company didn't find her Employee's terrible behavior & neglect unacceptable! Walking into a Customer's house with her boyfriend, when they were obviously impaired & reeked of alcohol?!? Breaking a Customer's doorknob, despite having my Mother's copy of the key?!? That's when my wife saw that Kelly's Critters offered pet transportation too. We called and they took "old cat" to the vet and no exaggeration-saved his life.
