Had to blow up their phone to get them to answer and was told someone on the interstate needed a tow so they just cancelled mine. Just because they can charge more for interstate tows. Don't call them! They will stand you up! They should have called me to explain themselves that they would be delayed. They did not. They just sent a text and completely cancelled it. No phone call. No explanation. After I'd already been waiting an hour! And your snotty phone girl didn't say anything about an accident. Simply said you went to tow a car off the interstate. So don't make up excuses now for your poor service!

He was quoted 150 for to tow to a location he owned near ODU. About 5miles. Seemed reasonable. And he didn't have his wallet so I needed to produce my Credit Card. I know you probably have one of those friends also! Police came and asked if we thought we could move car out of traffic lines to a safe location while waiting to tow which we did. Tow truck came and said it was going to be an extra 125. Because we were in an accident.they should have asked why we need a tow if there policy could require an upcharge. Nasty lady to deal with.
