ODC also included a "Roof Tune-Up" where the entire roof was inspected, replaced pipe donuts, clean-up of roof vents and pipes (sanded and painted), nail pop-ups repaired, repairs to flashing, and replaced missing or damaged shingles. He then even agreed that I should've got a quote first, and even told me I should've refused paying and called him directly ( impossible to get a hold of anybody at that company as they use a third-party ).
