One day before of one day afterwards and you will be charged another month. I went in and signed the intent to vacate, and was suggested to by the employee at the front desk to leave a key for my lock so they could remove the lock when necessary. All the notes of our discussion were written on the intent to vacate note. Per their 10 day rule. And still they charged me for another month. I had already PREPAID the month and I was 3 weeks before the renewal day of that month. So don't trust them if you can be there on the Exact 10th day NO EXCEPTIONS. Whatever they tell you when signing up IS A LIE. Totally False.!!!!! Use someone else, unless you are local and have all the time in the world. I used them cause I wanted to use local and help out the small business. I'm local.

Let me assure everyone that those 2005 Burgundies and Chateau Neuf du Papes and other long term gems are rewarding me now by virtue of proper storage. I'm so glad that my investment in storage and patience is paying off so reliably!! Woohoo! Same goes for the great Armida Zins and Pinots I've stored for 5 years, or 3. If you are serious about accumulating fine wine and proper aging for the near, medians long term future, forget the home wine refrigerator strategy and remotely store your wine properly. The company is family-owned, trustworthy and reliable, plus the prices are very reasonable. The Manager, Cynthia, is professional, warm and accommodating. The owner is a wonderful woman who has very fair prices and is understanding when situations arise to throw you into being late with rent. The biggest drawback other than no larger units available are the early closing times and when it rains hard, water will come under the door and anything in the front 1/4 on the ground will get soaked.
