I ordered the burger with bacon and blue cheese and requested no condiments. I think there may have been some confusion in the kitchen, as the garnishes were left off as well, but our server promptly brought them out when asked. Unfortunately, the burger itself was overcooked and lacked flavor. The ciabatta roll was only partially toasted, and overall the dish fell a bit flat. The fries, however, were excellent hot, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and absolutely delicious. I don't usually like coated fries, but these were a home run. My dining partner ordered the BLT and said the sandwich was great overall. We also shared the mozzarella sticks appetizer. They were a bit different from traditional mozzarella sticks, thicker cheese with a heavier breading. While they were good, I felt the order should have included six instead of four. Overall, even though we were one of only two tables in the restaurant, we had a great lunch, thanks largely to the excellent service.

For food, we started with the ribs and then ordered the pork belly bao buns and the hot noodle dish. The ribs were cooked really well and had a wonderful crispy/fried texture, but they were very lightly seasoned. If you really want to taste the meat, you'll probably love them. For us, they could have used a little something extra. A couple of fun dipping sauces, maybe something like a honey gochujang, would have made them amazing. Our waitress, who was extremely friendly, told us the hot noodles are one of their favorites. They weren't quite for us. There was definitely lots of flavor, but the sauce was pretty rich and dense and the dish had a good amount of spice. We each had about a bite and ended up packing the rest to take home. It sounds like it's a popular dish though, so I think this one is probably just personal preference. The absolute highlight was the pork belly bao buns. I was a little worried pork belly might mean a lot of heavy fat, but these were much more meat-forward, with the perfect crispness around the outside. The flavors were phenomenal and the bao itself was perfectly cooked. Definitely order these! Overall, really good food, wonderful service and one of the most interesting cocktail menus I've seen in a long time. We'll definitely be back.

Go here, if you must, for a beer or glass of wine and NOTHING else. I ordered a burger with bbq sauce instead of "special sauce." The patty was WAY overcooked and tasteless, and there was NO bbq sauce. Fries or a salad came with the burger, but because I asked for sweet potato fries instead of regular I was upcharged $3.50 for full side. I should have received a salad AND the side of fries. I was cheated. On top of that, the fries were old, limp things that had been reheated in the microwave. Fresh and crisp--hahahahaha! NO. Disgusting. I took two bites of that $21.00 burger and gagged. And I had to wait 20 minutes to get it. I should have known that eating at an airport venue was a bad idea, but it was way worse than I could have ever imagined. Do yourselves a favor and eat before you travel or bring your own snacks. This place will cheat you in more ways than one. Refund my $3.50 plus tax and tip, Scotty Brown's. read more
