Someone inside saw me but kept working so I rang the doorbell and a kid answered and rolled his eyes like it was a big effort. I asked to confirm they were still open and he said yes but was clearly annoyed. Girl at cash register said they close early to prepare the store to leave at 9pm. That's not how it worked in my retail days, and I get everyone wants to go home, but don't lock the doors early and be rude to customers within open business hours. Or change the hours to accommodate. I guess if you need to come here and make sure it's hours before closing.

I though incorrectly that they would stand behind their merchandise. I have spent at least $ 5,000 between their Rye and Mt Kisco stores and expected to be treated like a valued customer. Such a breath of fresh air as I did NOT have the same experiences in fellow stores. It's so easy to be nice and these women have it down.
