I was very impressed by my experience at scratch car! 5 stars is not enough. This review is long over due. My lease was coming up and my car had a scratches and paint damage from when i misjudged parking in a small garage. I had also backed into something and dented my dented my rear bumper a bit. Ended up needing work on the front bumper both side doors, rear bumper and hood of my trunk. I had gone to other places first who wanted double the price and wanted 4 days or more to fix it. I came to scratch car and they did it in 1 day!! The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic! Very professional and friendly. When i went to pick up my car the other two guys getting their cars were having similar reactions. The most important part is when i brought my lease back it passed inspection and i didnt have to pay anything. From talking to the shop guy at the dealership id have paid a lot more if they had to fix it. If i ever have another issue. Im def coming back! read more

I have used this company 2 times, in 2010 and most recently in March of 2012. Both times for some dents and scratches on a Yukon Denali. The young men who worked on my car were friendly, professional and worked very hard. On the March 2012 job there was a bit of a problem with the finish which I couldn't see until it was in the shade the next day. I took it to the shop to speak with the manager, Marchello. He immediately took ownership of the problem, apologized and had it fixed by the end of the day. Will use them again as a result. They wanted it right and took pride in the finished product. Amazing place!! I sent pictures of my scratch via email and they gave me an estimate that was pretty close to how much I ended paying, which is pretty impressive for not even seeing the car yet. When I brought my car in they were nice, understanding, and fast workers. It only took a day for my car to look good as new. I highly recommend this place. Hit and run accident with deep dents and scratches on the passenger side door. I had 3 dentless removal places tell me that I needed a body shop as the damage was substantial. I decided to get 4 body shop estimates--2 estimates said I needed replacement of the door with sanding, painting etc. with a much higher price; 2 other estimates said I needed repairs with a much lower price. I decided on Scratch Car because of the awesome reviews (thanks everyone), the mobile tech, Chris, came to my home to give me an estimate, the estimated repair time was 1 1/2 days (versus 4-5 days other estimates) and the price (pay cash and tax is removed)! Plus Chris offered to have someone bring me home from Delray Beach to Lake Worth--I did not do that opting for a rental ecause I needed to have an auto available. Scratch Car was AWESOME, everything Fernando and Chris told me was the truth and they did an amazing job--you would not know that I had an accident on that passenger door!!! :-) I highly recommend these guys and I would definitely go back if I need them in the future. read more

Amazing service! Had a rental that somebody decided to swipe while parked. It left a huge scratch of blue paint along the side of the white rental. I knew the rental company would charge us an arm and a leg for it. Brought it here just to have it buffed out. It took 10 mins and looked great! Returned the car with no problems!! My wife caught the bumper on our '08 Avalon on the cement block at the end of the space in a parking lot. The bumper got some scratches, it came partially off, and she caught the plastic protective piece which was hanging down. I was able to remove and save that piece. A neighbor recommended Scratch Car and told me I would not be disappointed with the workmanship or the price. He had used them several times and was always, pleased. I took the car to Scratch Car (behind Precision Tune) and Fernando examined & diagnosed the problem and solution: remove the bumper, remove scratches, repaint it, put back the plastic protector, and reattach the bumper. I was told it would be a 1 day job, made an appointment, dropped off the car, and returned at the scheduled time. It was ready and they did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. It was raining and I did not realize until a day later there was some kind of back splash on my driver's door. I returned and they apologized (said didn't notice it because of the rain) and immediately fixed the problem for no additional charge. If I ever need this kind of service or know anyone who does, I would not hesitate to recommend Scratch Car of Delray. read more

I had used scratch car 3 or 4times before with no problems. I called them again and made an appointment. They showed up and could not finish the car because their compressor broke. Then when they tried to reschedule they wanted me to bring the car to them. They finally agreed to do it at my house again. They showed up more than an hour late. They finished one part of the car and the other part which was included was touches up instead of being done with their process. They actually put touch up paint and dint even smooth it out. Last time I will use them. read more
