I've brought my subaru crosstrek here twice now for an oil change and have had a great experience everytime! They're very friendly and I never feel like their just trying to sell me stuff since I don't know how cars work. I'm always confident bringing my car here and I don't plan on bringing it anywhere else! It's best to call and make an appointment because they're usually pretty busy and they have a very small waiting room. read more

Coming home from the beach with my family, we ran over a nail, and our front tire went completely flat. Once we got the spare on, we had to find a nearby store to get us a replacement tire. The trip home is two hours from Richmond, and spare tires on I-95 is not a great idea. We called several places who wouldn't squeeze us in late on a Friday afternoon, which is their right. But Top Notch came through, checked to make sure they had a tire that would fit, and told us to roll on in. We did, and they had us in and out in about 45 minutes. This really saved us so much trouble, and my wife and I were very grateful. And they were great with our very curious, vocal, and precocious two-year-old daughter. All in all, a nice ending to a very stressful afternoon, and their work was quick, professional, and well-done. read more

I've moved all over the East coast and anytime I have a question in regards to my vehicle, Todd was and still is always there to answer any of my questions. I have never written a review except for on EBAY, where you have to. TNT is the best little auto repair shop. They are friendly and fast. Really cheap prices. They fixed my tire for $20. I've never had a repair shop actually fix my tire, usually they just sell you 2 new tires. I actually told the owner he should charge a little more! This local business is worth supporting! My family and I were driving from Maryland to Savannah, VA when we hit a rock on the I-295 South Richmond Bypass. The tire was completely destroyed and our car does not have a spare. We got a tow to top notch tire where they were able to squeeze us in as an emergency. Within an hour we had our tire replaced and we were back on the road. A friend of mine recommended this place, yet I was apprehensive. I am soooooo glad I took my friend's suggestion and went there. Originally, I went there because a previous VA inspector rejected my vehicle, and when I asked him to SHOW me 2 of the 4 items he listed, he was NOT able to, nor any explanation (at which point I was furious). Not willing to trust that inspector; I then took it to TNT, and asked them to inspect it. They diagnosed the items on the list, and explained only 2 of the 4 items listed were 'real' concerns , and needed to be repaired; and took the time to explain it to me in 'laymens terms' :) . Kevin was honest, straight forward and spoke with me respectfully. I felt comfortable with his insight, so I left there with a fixed vehicle which passed inspection, and have since returned there with several of my family's vehicles, and trust TNT to not take advantage of me, or my family's vehicles. 1/13/15 -Took truck in for check engine light. They charged me part $135.95, labor $72, shop supplies $10, and additional $90 for using the machine to get the code that I needed an O2 sensor replaced. total of $315.16. This was quite high to replace O2 sensor and they wouldn't refund the $90 for using the machine to diagnose the code even though I got all the work done there and was told that even though the machine gives a code they have to figure out more information from the code and they have to pay more than one tech. The cost of the Diagnostic machine should already be in the shop overhead charges and not passed on to each customer for $90 a pop. If you have a check engine light on beware you will be charged this extra fee. Starting using them over the summer - now I have 2 oil changes and an inspection due and will be looking for another Auto Center. Can't afford this additional charge. read more
