Terrible experience working with this company. I would rate 0 if possible…read more They had a measurement error which led to the project going 38 days beyond the contractual obligation. They also made a handshake agreement to install security doors, which is why we gave them the contract. They did not install these doors and clamed "this wasn't in the contract". Once they collected money, they had no intention of completing the doors. (See text message below from the owner stating they would install the screen doors). He added it to "notes" but the contract. See owners response below, he claims they were not the right doors, how can they agree to install something they didn't measure? Did they never have intenion of installing the doors? Dishonest and unethical business practice, terrible customer service. Do not work with this company.
