We spent 30K to get all of the windows In our house replaced + add two security doors…read more They mis measured one of the main windows , so when they came to install it, they didn't have the proper window to install. Two weeks later they returned to install the correct window, but had failed to measure the security doors. So now they are unable to install the security doors. We are over a month beyond the original install date and the project is still not completed. We choose this company, despite costing significantly more than others and have been very disappointed with their professionalism and lack of respect for their customers time. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend working with them in any capacity. Attached is a text message directly from the owner stating they would install the doors.
