He would give me a call in a few days with an estimate. After receiving the estimate he called me back in a couple of days to let me know that they were done. Despite being swamped with work (I was warned that the job could be delayed 3 weeks or so), Ron somehow managed to build an even better and stronger sliding screen door within three business days at a significantly lower cost than some of the larger, well known competitors in town. Took my sliding screen door there because one of the wheels broke. While trying to replace it myself the corner that holds the wheel broke. Ron said he can replace the corner and put a new wheel in. I asked him if he could put a stronger wheel in because my dogs go in and out through a dog door I installed on the door. He said that he could add a pair of cross braces that would make the door much more sturdy than the state it was in and that if I brought him a new pet door he would install it along with new pet screen. After discussing the job with I asked if he could change all the corners as well. He did an excellent job bringing our sliding screen door back to life and is better than what it was before! The rollers on our aluminum frame screen door was shot. Was shopping around the Home Depot website to see about a replacement, but they didn't quite have the right size. Our screen door was custom made back in the day. So looked around Google for any screen door repair guys and this company pops up. There was no schedule that I could see and it was a Sunday. I called just to see if they're open, and lo and behold, Ron answered. I asked what his shop times were and he replied Monday - Friday 7-4, and he explained that he was in the shop now because he had to catch up on stuff. I felt bad calling on an off day and so told him that I'll come by when he's open. But he told me that I could come by that same day so I did. He looked at the door and he said he could repair it. He gave me the price and it was way cheaper than buying a new door. Long story short, he did an excellent job for a great price. I would go to him again for any screen door needs.
