First of all, most places either do auto glass or window replacements or installation, not repair glass. That left me with only a few choices. I called all of the ones that did repair glasses on windows and this came in at the cheapest and fast. It was only $20 to replace the glass on the window as opposed to $247 and $150 at other places I called. Granted, when you come here, it's a very unassuming place but it's in an industrial block so I wasn't expecting much. I assume that keeps the overhead cost way down which is a benefit for customers like me. I can't wait to get my window back and come back to get other windows replaced since it's affordable.

He did provide that estimate, but then he told me about the seamless steel and I was hooked! And it turned out to be a great decision. In addition to all the benefits of steel and the lifetime warranty, Adam provided more then two pages of addresses in the area where they had installed steel siding, listing the color and the profile type (dutch lap, d5, etc) and I was able to drive around and get a good idea of things ahead of time. The 3-man crew that did my job was headed by Felipe, who I came to learn had 17 years experience, and it really showed! Any time I had questions Felipe answered them thoroughly and patiently. He and his crew were always very pleasant. I think we were in the middle of the worst heat wave in history (or so it seemed with days over 100 "feel like" temps) but they worked just as hard as ever, never skimping, never rushing, still paying attention to detail, and always working a full day. And the clean up at the end of each day was spotless! I also had all new 5" seamless gutters installed, and Joe was just as knowledgeable about them. We discussed a few options about gutter flow, etc. and he explained everything very well. He and his helper did a great job with the install (another extremely hot day). We had a torrential downpour August 19 and the gutters worked flawlessly. And they also have a 2 year warranty for any problems. Also during the course of my siding install I needed a window re-set so the siding would be one continuous piece. Scott and his helper handled that work just as well as the rest of the team did theirs. I was impressed with all the workers involved with my job, including the lady at the office who was also always kind and helpful. I appreciate that this is a family owned business with just a few crews who do the work. They know what they're doing and they will be around for support if needed. The prices are really reasonable without all the overhead of larger companies. And Adam knows his stuff inside and out and is just a good person to be dealing with. I am extremely happy with this company and the job they did.

Unfortunately, almost everything after the sale was frustrating. Communication was consistently poor. I repeatedly had to contact the company for updates instead of receiving them proactively. Although Taelyn responded to emails and apologized at times, getting clear answers about scheduling was difficult throughout the project. The biggest issue occurred on my scheduled installation day. I took time off expecting the crew to arrive, but no one showed up or contacted me. I had to call several times before learning the crew was delayed on another project. I was first told they would arrive that afternoon, only to later learn they weren't coming at all. Delays happen, but customers should be informed instead of having to chase updates. Even after the installation was complete, I had to request my final invoice for two days before receiving a payment link. Shortly after paying, I received a request to leave a review. The fence itself deserves five stars. My two-star rating reflects the company's communication and project management. If those had matched the quality of the installation crew, this would have been a completely different review.

As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. If we have to replace our roof, we'll definitely use Easton and if anyone needs a roof replacement or repair, I highly recommend them. They've earned those 5 star reviews.
