Not recommended. Everything is fine as long as they're selling you something. But try calling back with a concern post-installation and you'll get a pressured circular response about why they're no longer responsible (ie they say they will come out to check the problem but if THEY feel it's not an installation problem, they'll charge you for the follow up--- understandable BUT the rub: they seem to conveniently find a way to deny that ANY problems ARE installation problems.) Know that when they leave your house they're going to be difficult to work with if there is a concern. Thumb through the one star reviews below. Nineteen years ago my husband and I bought some sunshades for our enclosed balcony from Screenmobile. After all this time, a clutch on one of them broke, so I called them for a fix. Matt came out and told me that those parts are really kind of obsolete, but he would look for a replacement somewhere, so I wouldn't have to completely change out the system that my shade was hanging on. Didn't hear back for quite a while, so I decided to "remind" him and he hopped right on it and got back to me that he had found a replacement clutch! I was so happy because it then became an easy fix. Matt is a great guy and I am a happy customer. When they book an appointment, they remind you with emails and texts, so you KNOW they are coming. I've used Screen Mobile for several years to replace broken screens. I've replaced to sliders and had a retractable screen installed on my front door. I usually need to replace the screen on my back door once a year because, over time, my dogs eventually pull it out from the bottom. This year I had it replaced for $200 and 2 weeks later it had come out from the bottom. I reached out to ask if they would replace it at a discount, as it had only been two weeks and it must not have been done well. I was told they don't give discounts. When I told them how quickly it had come undone they said they stand behind their work and would replace it if they had done something wrong, but if they determined it was my fault I would have to pay. I was VERY disappointed with their customer service. They had always done good work and I had been pleased with the job they had done, but to not fix the screen, just two weeks after install was disappointing. I have recommended this company to many friends who have used them upon my recommendation, but I can no longer recommend this company. I won't give them a one star rating, as, until this event I'v been satisfied with their work, but this was disappointing and I will no longer use their service, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. Currently, I have a back door that I have to keep closed because the screen is useless. I guess I'll have to check out YouTube and teach myself to replace my screens. **Thank you, Matt, for proving your dishonesty and showing that you truly do not stand behind your work. Used screenmobile a couple of weeks ago for a couple rear patio doors. When I called they were very busy and first available appointment was about 10 days out. They gave me an estimate over the phone which was nice. Received a call a couple of hours before my appointment that the tech in route had a family emergency and they needed to reschedule. They rescheduled someone else for first thing the next morning. Stuff happens so I just appreciated that they called and rescheduled as soon as they knew there was an issue. Next day appointment was right on time, fixed screens and rollers very quickly and charged what was quoted. Very happy with the job that was done, would use again. read more

They called and threw a tantrum when we told them that we weren't satisfied. They tried to raise the price on us too. Very unprofessional on the phone. They do business with shady people as well. SCAM ALERT!! We had a two inch tear in our front door screen. When we contacted this company, we were told that the service would take two hours for the repair. Upon arrival, the technician removed our screen door and took it to the truck for repair. He installed the screen and heavily sprayed a lubricant on it and was done. This took 20 minutes. When I asked why he was so quick, he said he was a 10 year experienced technician and collected the $150.00 payment. That evening the door began to stick and did not slide all the way open. My husband promptly called the owner to report the problem. The owner then stated that once they leave the property the job has no warranty and insinuated that we had probably damaged the door our selves. He told my husband he would contact the technician to have him return to our home. This never happened and the door and the screen are worse than ever.... read more

This review is for Screenmobile #34. Moi serviced our sliding screen and our retractable screen that goes from the kitchen into the garage. Screenmobile game me a price and it was very convenient to have them come out to the house to take care of the work (our sliding screen was too big for our truck and the retractable one has to be done at our house). It ended up being $10 extra because our back sliding screen is oversized. I didn't mind the extra charge since it took a lot of screen to repair. I asked how long it would take and Moi was very precise and he finished on time. I'd recommend them. read more
