Just wanted to say that I am beyond impressed. David installed shades and blinds in our home about 3 years ago - and it was a wonderful experience. They came in on time and his help in selecting the appropriate product for each room ensured that once installed, the window coverings were perfect. Alas, my Power View motorized blinds and controllers ran out of juice (of course!) after all this time. I followed HunterDouglas instructions and even U-Tubed the process to install new batteries. It was all great until I stumbled on a stubborn battery wand and couldn't get another battery wand out of it's clips. I reached out to David and he contacted me almost immediately. He listened attentively and then provided some tips - and offered to facetime with me if the tips didn't work. I contacted Better Blind & Drapery to install new draperies in my bedroom. The results were absolutely spectacular! Sandy came to help me select the style, color, materials, and details. She suggested a canopy that covered a drab bare space above the window, which provided an elegant frame for the drapery. I also consulted with Sandy in making a canopy for the antique bed. She suggested a complimentary colored material on the interior and the overall material matched the drapery. Adam then came to measure. He was quick and precise. The draperies came back with the patterns on each side matching perfectly, so that when closed the draperies looked like one smooth pattern. The bed canopy also fit perfectly.
