Rather than helping us understand the differences between available options, the conversation felt increasingly tense and dismissive, particularly when discussing our use of AI generated visuals to help refine the design direction we are trying to achieve. After scheduling a consultation, Gina later that same day decided not to take on the project, which is certainly her prerogative, and I appreciate that she communicated that before any work began. That said, the experience left me with the impression that questions, comparison shopping, and our personal decision making process were viewed negatively rather than as a normal part of a significant home investment.
