This facility doesn't have the option to just pay for a vac by the minute. Instead, you get use of the vacs for free when you buy a car wash. I suppose you could just drive up and use the free vac but I think that would be dishonest. Instead, I paid $15 for a spotty car wash. When I pulled into the vac area, none of them were on. Someone went in and asked about them and the vacs finally turned on. They had terrible suction though. The sand and dog hair weren't coming out at all. I saw one of the employees checking out a vac so maybe they were having problems that day. It took me almost an hour to get my truck interior somewhat clean. I left there pretty frustrated.

Additionally, SUVs have a higher roofline, making it impossible for them to reach the top and towel dry the entire car. It would be great if they had a two-step stool to facilitate thorough drying of the entire vehicle.

The wash was 100% better in every way. The inconsistency of the wash and attitudes will keep me from regular attendance as a self pay however.

Joshua is the only one left who actually does his job. And Jose the manager spends all his time whenever we're there watching people work instead of working himself. It took over an hour for a 40-min service, which would have been fine if they'd used that extra time to do a good job. Unfortunately this was just not worth the money - better to spend a little more at a place that will finish the job.
