In reply to your comment, I was there 5 hours ago, check the camera, look for a gray Jeep Cherokee, you would see me walking from one side to the other looking for somebody an employee or something, one more time no towels and the 2nd station for the vacuum cleaner have have the stop button sunken. just rolled through the soft touch wash. Paid for the $14 wash. I first noticed that it was $2-3 more than other washes in the area. It did an OK job, but not great. The roller that goes over the hood and roof barely touched the hood at all which left streaks of pollen all over the hood. The dryer did an OK job but car was still dripping wet afterwards. I will not go again, instead I'll pay a few bucks less and go to Scrubbing Bubbles in Wallingford where they hand dry the car and it always comes out nice and clean. I feel I need to wash my car again just to get the pollen off the hood and to get rid of the water spots due to the poor blow dry. read more

Had a accident driving thru Meriden CT. So I quickly sought to run to nearest car wash to clean my floor. I'm so disappointed to find out I was charged an unbelievable 10.00 for a simple vacuum/shampoo. When it didn't even give me the justice of a clean smell. I still had to Travel still absorbing my juice from the carpet. read more

Great experience! I went to Class Act Auto Wash for my first time yesterday. An employee could see I was a bit confused with the touch screen order pad and came over to help me. I wanted to make sure my rims got cleaned as they were filthy. He helped me pick out the best wash for that and gave me instructions how to drive correctly through the soft wash. It looked intimidating. He met me at the end of the wash and apologized for guiding me towards the wrong wash for a tire clean and paid for me to go through again and have my tires done this time. I have never used the auto wash but have used the self serve dog wash many times. Recently I had a problem with water temp. I emailed the company and had a response within 24hrs with an explanation and very apologetic. On top of that offered me a gift card and treats for my companion. Now that's what call good relations. read more

I used the pet wash and i was very happy. For 10.00 I was able to wash two of my dogs. Yes, one of them is a pekingeese, but the other is a medium size dog. There is a ramp, no need to break your back with a larger dog. The attendant was very helpful explaining the settings. I live very close, so walking the dogs was easiest. I definitely plan on bringing my pets again. read more

I have been to this car wash three times. Every time as long as I fallow the simple instructions posted I get a fantastic wash. Have it an Xterra it is tough to figure me a wash that cleans the back. Never a problem here back is clean and shinny every time. I have seen the complaints and as a simple country boy I can say it is probably something they did I have seen people pull to far forward or not fa enough which always result in poor washes. Plus I see many people drive thru the air dryer which is incorrect as well. All in all they do a fantastic job with n my opinion! read more

I brought my 98 Subaru Outback to Class Act for the first time. This car had not been washed in a LONG time. I used the automatic soft cloth bay. While I found it a bit pricey at $17.00 for the full treatment I think it did a better job of getting the car clean than other car washes. In pricing the others this runs about $2.00 more. I have been looking for some kind of rewards program but don't see one. You know 'buy 10 washes get 1 free'. I will continue to use this car wash. It is convenient for me and thorough. read more

Honestly it sucks to have to give this place such a terrible review since it's so close to home it would be very convenient to use this car wash but NOPE. I have been to this place a total of 5 times since it has opened. All but one have been a terrible experience. 1. Cracked my front bumper going through the touchless automatic wash, went straight when it told me to and the mechanics on the ground closed too much and crack. 2. Put $20 in to get quarters so I could wash my car by hand, machine ate my $20, I was able to retrieve it 3 days later when I could set a time up to meet with the manager. 3. Went through the touchless automatic wash, didn't rinse the car, Manager was there thankfully rewashed it and it did the same thing, so he did it by hand but I was late to work. 4. Went through the regular automatic, paid $2 extra for tire shine, drove super super slow to make sure it applied, got out of the car NO tire shine! That was the last and final straw, I also emailed them about this and it's been a week and no response. I will never return here I would rather drive to another town and go to Optimum car wash in Wallingford, takes more time but it's done by hand and costs way less for the inside and outside of the car. Wouldn't recommend this place to a bum. read more

Have used their touchless wash a few times on 2 differant cars. They are about $2 more than comperable washes in the area. I have had 2 occasions where not all the paid for features were applied (and a bad experiance with the manager about compensation). The blowers are not as effective as other washes, so plan to bring a towel - not sure if I would use them again read more

To whom it may concern, I've been taking 3 different cars to Class Act since they opened. The quality of the wash was very good at first but as of late I'm less then happy with the way my cars are coming out. Went again today 3/6/2016, paid for classic wash with foam and no foam again. 3rd time since January. I know things sometimes happen but this may have been my last trip to Class Act.
