Requested service and put in the description that I was dealing with an apartment that got trashed by someone who got evicted. Made it clear there was a mess by the animals that looks like it happened over days. They called and said after arrival that they would not be able to clean and that part is fine but I had an issue with the 50% "fee" and spoke to a guy claiming to be the owner. His only offer to me was that he could pull up and we could work this out like men. His way of resolving this issue was to literally fight about it. This bunnies should not be on yelp and they really shouldn't let people like him do anything without someone controlling him. To the reply: no racial remarks were made especially since I literally have no knowledge of what race the owner or cleaners could have possibly been. He said I wouldnt speak to him like this in person which is just untrue. He offered himself to pull up which again I gladly would accept. Multiple times. His offer, not my request. The company runs scams and I'll say whatever I want to anyone who thinks they are above another person. Post the actual conversation if you want to pretend the owner was in the right. Left a very thorough note explaining what I would like to be called about. In addition to this note i paid extra for "heavy duty" cleaning. Instead of calling and explaining their process, they sent a crew. Determined the place unable to clean due to junk removal, when I actually didn't expect any junk removal and actually have a junk removal service coming on the 6th. And due to the crew arriving at the property and them not calling me to explain and ask questions, they just did not clean and charged me a 50$ cancellation fee and embarrassed me in the process. Even on the phone call with the company telling me they can't clean, he acknowledged my note. In response to their response, AGAIN there were no expectations of junk removal and definitely no expectations for anyone to empty my CONTAINED litter boxes. AND no hoarding. read more

UPDATE - I DID NOT TAKE LEGAL ACTION, I CHOSE ANOTHER METHOD OF REPORTING MY CONCERNS - I chose ScrubLV mostly due to their very low prices in comparison with some of their competitors in the area. I typically do not leave reviews, but felt it appropriate in this instance and in light of recent events. I chose a 3-hour deep clean option, with some add ons, and one cleaner. The day of my scheduled cleaning, things were as expected since I already paid for services up front. My cleaner was punctual, pleasant, and professional. The cleaner did mention they are new and that this was one of few jobs they've completed without a mentor cleaner, assistance, or supervision. They were not able to answer my questions about add ons and if there would be additional charges outside of what I had paid already. As a result, I called the main number and spoke to someone in office who explained that the add ons were included in what I had already paid and that additional charges would only occur if extra time was needed to reasonably complete these extra tasks. The office personnel further clarified that they charge hourly, but assured me if extra time were needed, that would be disclosed to me by the cleaner/office staff in advance. The cleaner finished just shy of the prepaid, 3-hour window. Upon the cleaners checkout, office personnel contacted me, asking if anything else was needed or missed since there were a few minutes remaining of my prepaid time. At the time, it was my perception that all issues were addressed, so I told office staff it was okay to authorize an early dismissal of the cleaner. Office staff was given positive feedback and with promise I would be a recurring customer. I was working at the time of dismissal, so I did not get to fully assess all impacted areas to potentially identify any areas of concern due to time limitations and good faith in the company that I would be getting quality service. The next morning, I started to notice some things that were missed, not completed, partially completed, or unsatisfactory. I brought my concerns up to office personnel who asked for photos, which were texted to them, and stated that my concern was being escalated to management for review and resolution. I never received a call from a manager that I am aware of, since I never received a voicemail. Instead, I received a call much later in the day and was unable to answer due to work obligations and instead asked that they please text me. The person I was texting with never identified themselves as a manager, but stated via text that they were trying to address my concerns about quality and refund. They offered to send out a "top cleaner" to re-clean and address any quality concerns I had. I was given an option to schedule this for the next day at 8 a.m. I agreed, but also requested a partial or full refund in addition to the re-clean. I explained that I thought this was fair due to the inconvenience and poor quality I received on my first encounter with ScrubLV. The unidentified personnel texted back stating it is their policy that they cannot approve both a re-clean and refund but also that if I chose the refund option, they could only offer 50%. At this point, I was frustrated and opted to elect the 50% refund. I was then asked to agree to a "good faith" confirmation that if a refund was provided, I would not defame or embellish any review or commentary to the public. I agreed by simply typing "confirm" as I have never left a review anywhere, for any reason, even a pleasant experience. Due to that fact, this was not a concern I had when asked to "confirm" and receive a refund. The very next evening, I received a very unpleasant, accusatory, and unprofessional text message after a phone call that I could not answer due to work obligations. I politely asked again if they can text me instead and asked how I could assist them since this matter, in my opinion, was already resolved and a refund had been issued. This inappropriate text message came 4 hours after the initial call, with no voicemail or text in between. The text message all but accused me of leaving an anonymous, defamatory review and giving me 7 days to edit or remove it followed by threatened legal action if I did not comply. I know the law, and that I had not left any review at all until now, and that they had no proof to make such audacious remarks. I replied that an honest review, including resolution, would never be considered slanderous, defaming, or libellous. I sent all documentation and correspondence to my lawyer as to proactively protect myself from further defamatory, falsely accusatory, and harassing correspondence with ScrubLV. This review is in no way intended to be retaliatory nor will I discourage prospective clients of ScrubLV against utilizing their services. This is merely and solely intended to document my honest experience and I felt it worthy of an honest, truthful review. read more

After reading a few positive and negative reviews I decided to give ScrubLV a try as one of the apartments they advertised as cleaning in the pictures was the same as the one I was vacating. Purchased the move out cleaning and had them clean the entire apartment to "my" satisfaction. Both cleaners were amazing! After the property management team came by (the same day ) to complete a inspection for my security deposit. They noticed only a few very particular things, probably trying to just say they found something to dip into my deposit. ScrubLV contacted me the next day to see how the service was. I relayed the message to them and they got back to me within a few days to reschedule a touch up of the areas that my property mgmt team found that were not up to their standards. Not only did they touch up the requested areas , but went above and beyond and deep cleaned a second time. I know some of the reviews say they have bad customer service or don't do anything if it's not up to your satisfaction, but I find that completely false! If you're looking for professional cleaners do not hire this company! They have no professional cleaning experience and aren't even trained on which products to use or how to do anything. Seems like they hire anyone with a pulse. The deep cleaning is a joke too with just an add on of extra dusting like trim, top of refrigerator, and wiping down the doors. Not a real deep clean. None of them even clean the showers properly either they just wipe the walls down with a damp rag. Shouldn't be called a cleaning company at all. I got notification that cleaner is 1 hour behind ahead of time. I was impressed with how prepared she was when she arrived, bringing her own cleaners and vacuum to tackle the mess. Again, nothing was wrong with the cleaning. This company is really making me laugh with your choice of words saying I'm slandering a company. I CLEARLY said I made an assumption. What do you not understand about that?? And I did enter yelp for a quote at 7 pm and you guys decided to call me. I don't care about the politics of how you're trying to spin this. I said what I said and stand on it. I didn't make the review a month later, I completed it 2 weeks later! The job was done on 9/26 and started writing it the day I received the follow up call. There's a lot I'm not saying because it's not important and I don't want to start something that'll hurt others. I have seen companies when I lived in IL with company cars so that's why I assumed. When someone needs an item degreased. I've seen commercial grade degreasers... so as a consumer, I am entitled to think what I want and be honest about my opinions. Company doesn't stand behind their work, unfortunately. I scheduled a move out cleaning, as I had vacated a property and just had a few things I needed done in order to get my security deposit back. I paid for 2 cleaners for 2.5 hours, which should have been plenty of time. When the cleaners arrived, I explained my situation in detail. I needed them to concentrate on bathrooms, vacuuming all carpeted areas, clean out the refrigerator, and then whatever general cleaning they could finish after that. The only thing completed to satisfaction were the bathrooms. I have a terrible back, so I was unable to walk the flights of stairs to check their work, so I guess that is my fault for not verifying the job, but they assured me it was complete. The pictures below are from the home inspection done the very next day. I am now being charged a cleaning fee on top of paying for the cleaners, because they did such an unsatisfactory job. When I contacted the company about this, upon receiving these pictures from the inspection, they were unwilling to do anything or even give a partial refund. I cannot recommend Scrub LV based on this. Find a company that stands behind their service. Oh, and when I told them I will be writing a review on here, I was accused of online bullying.
