This is such a great place, I would give 10 stars if I could! Dr. Samra and his staff are just top-notch, professional, honest, down-to-earth and friendly. They immediately put me at ease and I knew i was in the right place. Nice feeling for a change . The office itself is also pleasing, light and bright, easy to get to in Livermore, and with ample parking. I had 4 sessions of Emsculpt Neo on my derrière, and oh my goodness, yes it works! I have always been lackluster back there, tried squatting and ALL the exercises for years and years, but nothing worked. It's been a few weeks since my last session, and it is still getting better. I have again been doing weighted squats to help things along, but the difference now is that those muscles seem to be activated and are responding. I will never have the BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) look or result, but this is better than I expected. And the final result won't even be there until my follow-up in 60 days. I had my consultation a week before my treatment and he offered very reasonable pricing options and explained everything I needed to know about the procedure. After deciding a treatment plan, they were able to book me appointment the following week. The staff were incredibly friendly- they all have been trained to use the cool sculpting machines and take excellent care to make sure you are comfortable! I opted to use the z-wave which allows the fat to be more evenly broken up during the treatment for better results. My experience was great. I went in for a Cool Sculpt consult, and decided to go ahead and do it. First, Dr. Samra told me I wouldnt be happy with the results in one area I wanted because I didn't have enough fat. I was glad he was honest. Next, when I scheduled for other areas, I was given a price that was less than I expected because they had a spring special going on. Finally, it turned out they had time right then to do it, so I hopped on the chair and got it done on the spot. Exciting and fun! Two months later, I have lost 1.5 inches off my hips. I heard out about Sculpt MD a few weeks back when I went to see Dr. Samra about my allergies. They have a new service for preventive wrinkle-care called Dysport. It must be the universe, cuz a few days before I noticed wrinkles around my forehead and glabella (between my eyebrows). My eyes started to flicker as I read more about it. Dr. Samra and his staff was very informative. They answered any question and concerns I had and genuinely care. You have to experience them yourself...We even joked around a lot. The team at Sculpt MD is fantastic! On the day of my consultation, the doctor explained to me the entire process and he looked at the areas I wanted to reduce fat. I was able to make an appointment in the day and time I wanted a week later. On the day of the appointment the staff was very attentive, they marked the areas (just like surgery) so there would be no mistakes. I was offered water and even a snack, along with Netflix to help pass the time. The expectations were set and the process reviewed and they gave me a pager to call them in case I needed anything. I never had to use the pager because they made sure to still come by a couple of times during the process to ensure everything was ok. Before the machine finished the treatment, the staff was there looking after me and preparing for the next steps. Everyone was very attentive, reminders for after care/ discomfort were provided and the doctor encouraged me to call at any time if I had any concerns. I was very impressed with the entire staff. No one ever pressured me to buy anything, they were very attentive to my needs - they even offered me a bottle of water to go! I was able to make my follow up appointment very quickly and felt that the level of care provided was excellent. Their attention to even the smallest details was greatly appreciated.
