One of the best fitness studios around. Since February, I've been attending faithfully and enjoying every minute. This was a big birthday year and knew a lifestyle change was needed. Of course, not realizing just how out of shape I was, Sculpt has certainly been the lifestyle change I was needing. Been a gym rat most of my life and a member of the "BIG" gyms where no one knows if you're there or not, nor do they really care. These places are just looking for the monthly membership contracts. But, if you're truly looking to change your current lifestyle habits - this is the place and there's something for everyone. Sculpt truly specializes in "PERSONAL" fitness. The group boot camp classes are awesome, no two classes are ever the same so boredom is never an issue...I was hooked after the first week. There are also personal and small group classes for those needing more one-on-one attention. Sculpt offers nutrition classes as well, bringing together all the tools for complete lifestyle changes full circle. The trainers are committed, even sometimes tough, but they truly care and only want you to succeed in your goals. There is a sense of family among the members. Everyone is encouraging and down to earth. In February, I couldn't even run a full lap around the building and just recently ran a 5K with other Sculpt friends, finishing easily. Just over two years ago, I was literally praying for a place to work out. Nearly finished with my doctorate, school took 100% leaving me with 0%. I was in the worst shape of my life and unable to complete more than a single sit-up. Sculpt provided the body, mind, spirit focus I desperately needed. Boot camp was too intimidating at first (remember, one sit-up was all I could do), so I started out with personal training. It was not long before I progressed and joined the ranks of boot campers. I also joined the nutrition class meeting weekly. Within 6 weeks of joining Sculpt my cholesterol levels normalized. The trainers at Sculpt do not coddle, but they do care. Friends and I recently signed up for a 10-mile trail run. After signing up, I moved out of state but returned to participate in the trail run. I was dead last, but I finished. The trainers literally ran the race with me, every step of the way. If you need help running your race, Sculpt will see you to the finish line. I was introduced to Sculpt Fitness by a friend and after not having much progress at my present gym, I decided to give Sculpt a try. After my fitness evaluation, I was ready to get started even though I wasn't so confident about the goals that they set for me. I just didn't think that I could achieve them, but I was wrong. I started at Sculpt Fitness in May 2013 and to date have lost almost 20lbs. That may not seem like a lot, but with the weight loss, my body has changed tremendously. I've gone from a size 8-10 to now 4-6. It still blows my mind how much my body has changed, and even though my brain is still in the adjustment period, I'm reminded of my progress whenever I reach into my closet and my clothes literally falls off. Barry and Jeremy are great trainers and motivators. They will push you to limits that you never thought that you could personally reach. My time at Sculpt has changed my life tremendously. My nutrition has become a way of life and I can truly say that they have helped me to now look at food in a different way. I am not 100% there yet, but I am certainly on the right track to "eating to survive" and NOT "surviving to eat". I've also met some great people at Sculpt, which makes my experience even more rewarding. read more

Sculpt Personal fitness is all about the personal, individual support that is provided by the owner/head trainer and his other trainers. They guide you and support you like no other place that I have ever seen. I have been an athlete all my life but after being married and having children found myself way over weight and medically needing way more medication than should be needed for someone in their 30s. I contacted the owner of Sculpt and he has truly changed my life. I am now in the best shape of my life and on NO medication. Yes, boot camps are different every time but that is what makes it interesting and good for your body. But, in order to maximize the knowledge of Barry and his trainers, you need to get to know them on an one one one basis. They will find out how to help you by providing the proper exercises, nutritional knowledge, and support that is needed for YOU!! Then, you will know how the boot camps really are designed and know that they are watching and guiding you all the time. I have enjoyed the last 18 months and cannot imagine my life without Sculpt! If you are truly looking to get results...this is the place to go! August 2012 is when I became a member. And when I say, a member....I really mean part of the Sculpt family. The trainers are excellent! They really care about helping you reach your personal goal. They give you the information that you need... They have Nutrition class, which will get you on the right track of eating healthy. They have boot camp classes...(which are my favorite). No two days are the same...so you don't have to worry about getting bored with routine. And of course if you want or need more one-on-one...they do personal training. Its a small studio, but with the right guidance they have everything you possible will need to meet your goals. Just don't forget...You have to work for it! I just finished my first month of workouts at Sculpt, and I have to say it was amazing. I have always been active and worked out but since I've been in college I got out of it. My mom does Pilates here and after talking to one of the trainers (Barry), she was able to convince me to come and try their boot camp. I was nervous but excited at the same time. The people here are so fun and we all encourage each other to keep pushing. The Trainers are so helpful and they know everyone by name which means a lot to me because I am now more comfortable and am not afraid to ask questions! Before coming to Sculpt, I never really lifted any weights or had a workout program. I travel almost weekly and have a very crazy schedule that never quits it seems like. But I was starting to realize that I never had any energy anymore, and my body just ached all the time. I knew that I needed a professionals help in order to get in shape. Jeremy is one of the trainers at sculpt and he was able to customize a workout and diet program for me that worked with my crazy schedule and so far after my first couple months I am down 6% in body fat and have put on 4 pounds of lean muscle mass. I have hit my two year anniversary here at Sculpt. It has changed my body, my mind, my life. The trainers know each one of us, and what our strengths and weaknesses are. How hard to push each one of us to reach our goals. Every training session and bootcamp is never the same. Ever. Always confusing different muscles, which is magical. So if you're looking for a box gym set up where no one knows your name or cares about your goals then go to one of those.
