You would think that during these unprecedented times, they would be taking precautions and following CDC guidelines with their customers and staff. Not the case in this office. My appointment was at 2:20 PM on September 4th, and it was 3:10 PM and I still wasn't seen. I was still waiting in that waiting room while people kept coming in and out, one after the other, and the technician was still unavailable to see me. Horrible experience. We make appointments for a reason!!!!!! It's understandable having to wait 10, 15 minutes, maybe even 30 minutes, but 50 minutes????? Come on. More exposure for me to have gotten Covid-19!!! Never going back there again. They lost my business of over 5 years. I would however, try their coral way location.
