Kinda torn on this review. Start: They responded quickly and efficiently to my emails and we quickly got a quote and worked out the schedule. We agreed to a "sales cleaning" immediately followed by a carpet cleaning. My place is small and was totally vacant as I had just moved out. Really happy so far. Finish: My place was cleaned (not perfect, but fine), the project cost less than I imagined (having done zero research, but just based on what I thought it would cost), they honored the coupons I gave them, and its done. So the Start was fine, when all Finished, it was fine. But the middle part? That's where I nearly lost my mind. The plan was to meet them at my house in the morning, open the place up and leave. They'd clean, then hand-off to the carpet cleaners who'd lock the door behind them when they left. It would all be done by 2-ish in the afternoon. I couldn't begin to explain what actually happened that day, but it resulted in wasted time sitting at my house waiting for people who were 20 mins late, a carpet guy who didn't show up, people who locked themselves out of my house, me leaving work to unlock my house, multiple vague phone calls as they try to reschedule the carpet guy for later in the day, finally having the project done by 6pm, etc. If I had the time or energy to be so involved in this project, I would have cleaned the place myself. I thought by hiring someone it would mean less stress for me. I was wrong! read more

I wish I would have had a good experience with this company but unfortunately I did not. It all started when I called a few months ago to set up an appointment, and was told that they would call me back to confirm availability, but never received a call back. After a couple months I decided to give them a try again, and this time appointment was confirmed. I was told that a team of two would be sent to my home,since it was a smaller residential home, but to my surprise 3 people showed up. Okay, no problem... I usually leave my home to let cleaning crews do their thing (I have two toddlers). As I was leaving one of the girls pulled out a big fat electronic cigarette and placed it on top of my table! Umm...excuse me you will not smoke/vape in my home while you clean my kids rooms?! I told her I had nothing against her electronic cigarette but that in no way was she to do it in my home. Upon our return, I noticed my kitchen trash was not thrown out, my windows were still dirty, floors were not really clean, and my home did not feel or smell like a team of people came into my home to clean it. I was outraged, I spoke to the manager and he decided to charge me for three people when I was told only 2 would show up, didn't offer me a discount, and made excuses for the girl who wanted to smoke/vape in my home. I do not recommend this company for cleaning home services at all. I can only imagine this girl smoking/Vaping in all homes that she is cleaning (BUYER BE WARE). Completely unprofessional! read more

I'm not crazy nor am I stupid. Something was in my house before the "maids" came and gone when they left. I was looking for a good house cleaning service to have my house deep cleaned and saw the positive reviews here on Yelp for SCV Cleaning which were absolutely correct! Teague and his team were prompt and very thorough in cleaning all parts of the house. They were done around the time they said they would be and the price was right. The biggest positive for me is how clean and sparkling the kitchen and bathrooms are. My glass shower has never been so clear, so clear I almost walked into it :-) Seriously these guys did a great job and I would definitely call on them again! read more

EXCELLENT ! My regular housekeeper broke her ankle, so she's out for a while. I called this company expecting to get something similar to Molly Maids. To my surprise they were NOTHING like Molly Maid. They came in one day's notice, and they did a fabulous job on a rather large home. I was very impressed and indeed, would use them again. We had black stains on the carpet in front of the living room couch and in high traffic areas throughout the house. Teague from SCV Cleaning first went through all of the rooms with an industrial vacuum. Then he sprayed some kind of cleanser on the stains before steaming everything. He gave extra attention to the areas with tougher stains. He worked hard and didn't leave until he got everything out. The carpets look brand new. Seriously! I'm 38 weeks pregnant and wanted to get some deep cleaning done before the in-laws descend from back east...waddling around the house bending into showers was not an option. Not only was I able to book house cleaning and carpet cleaning on the same day, I was able to do so quickly! I used SCV Cleaning to shampoo the carpets and whole house clean a rental property. The shampooing didn't go well the first time, but Brandon sent out Todd to remedy the situation. Todd is awesome, very skilled and knowledgable! I wish I could say the cleaning was good, but it wasn't. I voiced some of my issues to Brandon, before having learned that even less was done than I thought when I had to go in and clean it myself. Brandon was nice and worked with me on the price. I would definitely use Todd again for shampooing carpets, but I would not use them for regular cleaning services. read more

Called yesterday for a quote, spoke to Brandon who gave me an estimate. I liked the way he was professional on the phone and answered all my questions regarding the stains and spots in my carpet so I scheduled an appointment the next day. Todd came and serviced my carpet and stairs. He was awesome! He knows what he is doing and gave me valuable tips to help prolong the life of my carpet and how to keep it clean. He was very nice, polite and professional and did a GREAT job getting a bunch of the stains that I couldn't get out. He is great. They were overwhelmed buy a huge response from a discount coupon from Screamin Coupons, but they were able to fit me in. The staff (Monica and Carla) arrived on time to clean my townhome were on time and very friendly. My towhome was clean and everything was in it's place. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I purchased their offer on Screamin Coupons for 2-hours of cleaning service with a 2-person crew for only $49. I guess as the saying goes - you get what you pay for. You would think this would be a great way to wow new customers, but they apparently do not understand that business model. The lady that booked the appt was very nice and accommodating for my schedule. The ladies arrived on time and were very kind. They asked where I wanted them to spend their time. I replied bathrooms, floors, kitchen and windows. They did not clean the master shower, nor did they even wipe the counter tops in the kitchen. They specifically offered to clean the kitchen appliances which I accepted. They wiped the front of the fridge and that was it. I was upstairs and I actually heard one of the ladies ask her partner if she has time to vacuum downstairs... ?!? When they walked out of my house, I noticed they hadn't even cleaned the entry way to the home. I can't tell for certain if they actually cleaned any windows, but each one of my windows has wood blinds which I had to go back and fix after they left since they decided to randomly turn wood slats the opposite direction. When I made the appt, the woman informed me that I had the option of having them stay an additional hour for $60. When they left they simply said good-bye and did not tell me what they weren't able to finish or what maybe needed additional attention. They did not even give me the option of requesting them to stay. Overall, completely disappointed, unimpressed, and do not recommend. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company was referred to me and I had called and spoke to Brandon and Kelly to ask questions before scheduling a service. We set up a cleaning and based off the size of my condo I was told it would take between 2-2 1/2 hours. When the cleaning ladies arrived they said it would take longer and probably be between 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I said 3 hours was fine for the cleaning time. Later in the evening when I did not hear from anyone I called Brandon to confirm what my total charges would be. He said my place was extremely dirty (which it wasn't) and that it took the ladies 5 hours. I did not agree to 5 hours and he wasn't willing to work with me at all. He was rude over the phone and very unprofessional. I would suggest finding a different cleaning company in the area that will not take advantage of you. read more

I'd been dreaming about getting all the carpet upstairs pulled out, and replacing it with hardwood, but it's just not in the budget right now. Instead, I did the next best thing, and called SCV Cleaning. Although I had read some good reviews, I was doubtful if even they could remove the horrible stains left by our dogs. Today, all I can say is "WOW! What an extraordinary job! ALL the stains are gone, even the most ground in. One man did this - MARIANO- and what an incredibly hard worker he is!! From the time he arrived, he was professional and courteous, and made sure he explained the process and the price. In short order (and on a very warm day), he proceeded to tackle the daunting prospect of making our carpet clean again, and after a couple of hours of intense effort he did just that. I am THRILLED, and will forever be grateful. My only regret is not having called SCV Cleaning sooner. I will never use anyone else and, of course, will highly recommend them to everyone.
