Moe & Kings Carpet Cleaning are BEYOND AMAZING! Moe came out on a Saturday afternoon to give us an estimate. He then came back - on two separate trips - to clean our carpet and upholstery. We had a recent pipe leak that caused us to have to move everything from one room into the other, so there was no way to clean all the carpet in one visit. Moe happily accommodated us and didn't even charge us extra. On top of that, the quality of Moe's work is literally the best I've ever seen! First of all, I LOVE a constant communicator, and this is what Moe does. Second, he is completely trustworthy, punctual, and makes sure your animals are where they should be during his services. I scheduled my carpet cleaning on a weekday, when I had to leave the house early morning. Moe walked into an empty house and manuevered 2 dogs before he began his magic. I contacted Kings a few days out from when I needed the services of the company. My son had a very tight window from closing, the previous Owner moving out, needing the carpets cleaned, letting the carpet dry and for me to help my son move in before we had to leave town. Moe was very flexible and accommodating, the took out some dark spots and did a relatively good job on the carpets and stairs. I liked that he had a set rate per room since I was unable to give him exact square footage since we did not own the house at the time I called to get a last minute appointment on the weekend. I'm not quite sure if the stairs are as clean as the possible since they look darker on the sides of the carpet or if the carpet can be cleaned further but the stairs are definitely cleaner than when my son took Ownership of the house. Follow-up: I received a follow-up call from the Owner about coming back to look at the stairs so Kudos to Moe for the follow-up. This action alone reinforces the great customer service focus of the Owner and company. We did not follow-up with Moe to have come out to look at the carpet after it dried but we believe that the job performed was the expected outcome and we will use Moe again when it comes time to clean the stairs and carpet again. read more

What You Need To Know: Moe is ethical, knowledgeable (particularly in pet stains), friendly, and punctual. Easily evaluated my rug, and gave me all my options for carpet treatments (not just with his company). When I decided to get a new rug instead, he helped me transport the old one to the trash, and turned down payment of any kind. Because of my experience, I will definitely be using his services (and recommending him to friends and family) in the future as I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Detailed Experience: Our cat had secretly been using our rug as his new cat box, and so when we finally located the source of the smell, I hired Kings Carpet Cleaning to come and professionally clean the rug. Moe called ahead, was perfectly on time, and was very friendly and easy to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable with pet stains, and after evaluating the rug, said that while he could clean it, it would more than likely just be a temporary fix. He mentioned something better would be to send it out to a different rug cleaning place, because there they could submerge it in cleaning solution. But then he pointed out that the wear spots due to foot traffic that were grey-tinged would not come out of that washing much different and would still be visible, because the fibers themselves had deteriorated. Moe said there was an alternate option - to get rid of the rug, and put the money that would have been spent trying to clean it towards a new rug. After going back and forth, I asked him what he would do, and he said he would honestly get a new rug because it would be more cost-effective. It wasn't what I wanted to hear, but it was what I needed to hear, and I knew he was right. So that was the option I went with. Moe helped us move the rug from the apartment to the dumpster, and then I offered to pay him for his trouble, by paying for his help moving the rug as well as his gas for the trip over, which he surprisingly firmly declined.
