He just said that the van in front of me was very dirty. 47 minutes dirty? While others BEHIND me came thru? No offer for a free wash to make it right. Just " sorry". I work too hard for my money. He did a great job on the inside of the truck. But the outside had water spots on roof line by the windshield and a dead bug on top. I would think when booking a new customer you would go out of your way to do an outstanding job the first time for return business. They did take care of everything after me pointing out the truck bed cover, but I shouldn't have to inspect it like that for the price I paid for a full detail. An hour for one guy to detail a Ford long bed lifted F350 truck seems very rushed. He got called out on a bad job on the exterior of my truck. Yes, you guys took care of it after I pointed out the water spots, water droplets, grease on rear door handles, and dirt on my truck bed cover after a $250 detail job.
