It was 3pm the day before we were to leave on a two day driving trip. An employee at the car wash looked at my bumper, showed me where the clips were broken and put it back on for me so that it was drivable. (But not safe for driving so far on our trip!) I remembered Fix from when it was Deluxe Auto Body and I stopped to see if they could help me. Thankfully, Fix had clips laying around that they were willing to donate to my cause, and one of the employees carefully put them on for me in more locations than I expected, and took a quick look underneath the bumper. "What can I pay you?" I asked. " nothing, just remember us when you need body work done." it is so nice to know there are still businesses like this that will help you out of kindness. If I had gone to Honda to buy these clips, if they had them, they probably would've charged me six to $10 apiece! When I looked for the company to write this review, I noticed it's a chain and there are other locations, but this one is more highly rated. I can see why. I can't speak to their body work, obviously, but their customer service is excellent!

This place does garbage work and their "warranty" is a joke…read more I have a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid that was in an accident, damaging the entire drivers side of the car. Fix Auto North Park gave the estimate, Geico approved it and recommended this shop so I agreed to let them do the repairs, ended up being over $15k in damages. Turns out, this was a Huge Mistake! At first, everything sounded great, Arlene was providing regular updates, the repair was moving along. The day it was "ready" for pickup felt a little rushed, they were trying to get it back from being aligned across the street before they closed, but they did get it back, called and I picked it up. When I got there, the car looked great, the only thing I could see that was an issue was with one of the headlights, it looked dimmer than the other and the high beam didn't appear to come on. They said they'd order a new bulb and install it next week but I could take the car now. They said the work was guaranteed for as long as we own the car. I drove it home. After the 15 min drive home, I noticed it pulled to the right a hair and when I got out, the door had a "pop" to it, like it was under tension. It made me check the work again. During the drive home the door and fender had shifted and they even left one of their shop tires in the trunk. I called and texted them pictures immediately but they were already gone for the weekend. I called first thing Monday morning, sent them pictures again, and they scheduled me to come back in a week. During the weeks time, the door/panel continued to shift to the point where the door was pinching the panel and when you open the door, the quarter panel pushes in. When I brought it back, the manager took the shop tire from the trunk, apologized and said "we'll take care of it". The next day, I get a call from the shop asking if it was hit again because of the fender damage. I explained everything again and he said ok. I didn't hear anything for a couple weeks so I called the shop. They said Geico wouldn't approve the fix and they would be "willing to go half with me". After I basically said that it would be a cold day in hell before I give them another penny, he said he would have the manager call first thing in the morning. I also gave Geico an ear full, but according to Geico, they never denied the claim but it should be covered by the shop under warranty. It had sat there 2 weeks and nothing was done. Geico said they would understand if I wanted to take it somewhere else. I tried the dealer (should have taken it there first) but Mossy Collision won't touch it since Fix Auto botched the repair. Before the accident (that wasn't even my fault) I had a perfect new car, I just wanted it fixed or totaled if it couldn't be repaired back to the way it was. Now after 3 months I'm still trying to get the car repaired because Fix Auto couldn't do it right the first time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

I had gone to Color Key for two of my cars in the past (you can see my review from over 5 years…read moreago), so when I got rear ended on April 1st I knew exactly who I wanted to bring my car too. The damage from this accident was MUCH worse than anything I'd brought to them before, but I was 100% confident that they'd take care of me, in both quality of work and price. So much so that I opted to bring my car to Color Key even though I work for a company that directly contracts with a different body shop. And of course I was right to be confident. Firstly, from start to finish (including fighting with insurance companies and waiting for parts) Jorge had my car back to me in less than a month. I just know that I'd still be waiting on my car for weeks if I had taken it to a different shop. And both Jorge and Patricia communicated with me throughout the whole process. (Ps. They even drove out to my work to adjust a part that came in the mail a couple days later. Talk about above and beyond). Secondly, they really advocated for me and made an effort to make sure my insurance company would not total my car despite the agent in charge of my case wanting to. I'm deeply attached to my car (so much so that I cried even just seeing her on the back of the tow truck) so they really saved my mental well-being along with my car. Especially because... Thirdly, the car looks like absolutely nothing happened. I kept dragging my coworkers (I work at a Kia dealership) out to look at it and they were all impressed. You can see it clearly in the before and after pictures, the car is gorgeous. Everything is lined up beautifully. The paint match is absolutely perfect. Usually there is an expected slight color difference between the bumper and the rest of the metal, but there is literally no difference on my car. And considering that they also polished it, my paint hasn't looked this good since I bought the car. I also included a picture that shows just how much they had to tear it down, because seeing it go from smashed, to torn down, to completely fixed really drives it home. I put a couple of pictures showing how completely smooth/aligned the contour lines on the body are as well. You'd never know it was literally sawed in half. **** TL;DR **** Take your car to them. Jorge and Patricia are amazing. The work quality is fantastic. You can trust them completely to make your car look beautiful again.
