They cleaned up after themselves, communicated well throughout the project, and made sure we understood everything that was being done. Rewiring an older home is a major project, but TNT Electric made the entire process far less stressful than we expected. The workmanship was excellent, everyone was professional and courteous, and it's obvious they take pride in doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend Briar and TNT Electric to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrical contractor. We couldn't be happier with the results

More than 10 years ago, Mike installed a new receptacle, and a light fixture and switch. He did an…read moreexcellent job, so when we again needed electrical work done, we thought of him first. I left a voice mail message after hours on a Monday, and I got a return call Wed morning. I was told Mike could come for an estimate either Wed or Thu. A few hours later, another call said he'd be here in 20 minutes (he was, to the minute). My husband and I explained the three jobs to Mike (one big, one smallish, one small). He gave us his thoughts, and said he'd email an estimate that night. He did that, about 5 hours later. The quote seemed reasonable, so we set an appointment a week later, to do one part of the job that we needed done quickly. He came as scheduled, and did a great job changing a duplex receptacle under our sink to a quad. This required cutting the cabinet (and, I assume, the drywall) to fit the larger box & receptacle. But there was no trace of debris at all. I'll update this review once the rest of the work is completed (no rush for these, so it'll be a while). In the meantime, I highly recommend Mike for any electrical work you need done.

He confirmed the outlet was indeed getting power, and that the box needed to be adjusted. It was a quick 30 minute fix (maybe less than 30 minutes but I got some educational incite from him). Glad I went with Hagan Electric to fix this. A previous electrician from Mister Sparky Electric claimed the outlet needed to be rewired and was not getting any electricity. The Mister Sparky Electric guy charged $400 to tell my HOA: "Resident has square D panel which complies with today's standards. No need to change panel." All he did was look at the panel that day. Maybe 15 minutes to say what kind of panel it was and charged $400. Anyways- beware of going to certain companies to have electrical work done. Hagan Electric seems like a good one. The job I had today was pretty simple.

The price was better than 2 other estimates I received and included all of the permitting/SMUD details that needed to be taken care of. The day of the service, there was great communication and everything with the job went smoothly. Israel and David let me know when addition things were going to be needed and explained the reasons why changes needed to be made. The job site was left extremely clean and the work area looks better than when they arrived. I would absolutely recommend them for your electrical needs. An added bonus is they are a Veteran owned company.

I recently waited two days to get an appointment just to have them cancel on me the day of the appointment due to on/off rain and they wanted to reschedule to gone out six days later. Instead, I was able to find another company to service my HVAC the same day.
