He gave me a 20 min heads up when he was on his way and he got here promptly on time. I need 3 things: 1. I wanted my bathtub recaulked since it was gapping in some places and thin in others. 2. I needed my outdoor threshold recaulked since when there is heavy rain, it tends to intrude into my unit. I had done it during the last heavy rain but it was really messy and I think I had missed some spots. 3. The last was a small task of replacing the filter on my bidet. He was very clean and took his shoes off and put on covers when he came inside. He seemed very neat and organized. My bill was for $250 dollars for a tad over an hours work. It included two "service charges" of $10 each for each job. Service charge???
