NO ONE SHOULD COME HERE FOR PHONE REPAIRS! This guy keeps taking my review down and its annoying this guy is a clown! I went to this store thinking I was getting an official Apple screen replacement, but that was far from the truth. Shortly after they replaced my screen, my phone showed a message saying the screen was an "unknown part." Right away, I realized they weren't using genuine Apple parts, despite what they implied. At first, I thought it was worth it because it was cheaper than going to an Apple Store. But within a couple of months, I regretted that decision. The screen developed dead pixels, and it felt way more fragile than a real Apple screen. I dropped my phone once, and the screen shattered immediately. For all the money I spent, I should have just gone to an Apple Store where l'd get a screen that actually lasts. To make matters worse, the customer service here is a nightmare. They never pick up the phone, and when I finally reached the owner, they were rude and dismissive. It's clear they don't care about the quality of their parts or their customers. Avoid this place if you want a repair that's actually worth your money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere reliable instead! This owner has to be crazy or something. He found my number after I wrote a bad review. I wrote the review to be honest and make sure other people don't do the same mistake or at least warn them. Not trying to hate on him but I just feel threatened and scared that he went through to find my number and text him. He writes in all caps like he's screaming at me and honestly I don't know how that's "easy to work with" as he claims. If you want to get a cheaper screen that doesn't work after a couple months then be my guest but honestly I would spend the extra 100 on apple. I just brought in my iPhone 14 to repair the screen for the first time & let me tell you, this is the place you guys want to go to. Daniel goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience & makes sure his work is top notch. If you're looking for a place to go to, trust me. My iPhone 12 back glass had shattered I took it to apple they wanted to charge me 500$ so I looked online and found ultimate wireless solutions (uws phone repair) and they fixed it for me for 99$!!!!! it was a pleasure to be serviced by mark…read more he took care of my old iPhone (se2), prescribing a solution and disclosing a competitive price before service began. overall service took about 20 min in and out. i actually came while he was occupied with a client offsite (which is at no point a fault at all), and decided to wait until he got back, and he was professional in handling the compensation. mark is very accommodating, offering me a beverage while i waited, and giving me a ride home since i ubered to the store. we had small talk during the drop off and it is clear that he is an earnest man. i made sure to tip him for the experience, and i am completely satisfied with the experience at pcs connection.

WORST customer service ever, I've never had such a poor experience in my life. Which is…read moreunfortunate, because I support small self-owned businesses. But you get what you pay for... Went to him for a phone battery replacement. He is local, and honestly, he has low prices ($45 +tax for the battery replacement). He told me that his battery is not original product (ie, not Apple battery). That's fine, I just needed my phone to hold a charge. The new battery he replaced with was WORSE than my old battery. It went from 94% to 70% in less than an hour! I went back the next day, and his mannerism was abysmal. He told me, that's a new battery, must be a problem with your phone processor. I didn't want to risk trying another "un-original" phone battery through him and asked for a refund instead. He begrudgingly refunded $40, minus $5 for service fee. As I was leaving his kiosk, he blurted, "And don't come back." Like why? It was unwarranted, he could've just said nothing and let it be. Of course I wouldn't come back after such an experience. So I left, not only with a faulty battery, but also upset by his rude mannerism. The guy was angry at me for his own faulty product. And then gave me attitude for it... ;( Anyways, lesson learned to not go cheap. Went to Apple Store later that day, they ran diagnostics. Everything is fine with my phone. New battery ($69), and surprise surprise. It works just fine! I would advise anyone to avoid this place -- it's not worth the risk, nor the time and frustration, and overall horrendous customer service.
