My iFix is fantastic. The touchscreen on my iPhone 13 was no longer working and I brought it in. Alfredo took my phone apart, reset it put a new screen protector on and got it up and running. He took pictures of the inside and explained everything to me in detail. He didn't charge me to take my phone apart to look at it to diagnose it because it didn't need an actual repair after he rebooted it, which I thought was very generous. I have had two items worked on at My iFix, a new phone screen last summer and more recently a printer repair. Alfredo did the screen repair really quickly so my daughter could be on her way. After we fixed it we thought, "that was not too expensive and didn't take long at all, why did we wait so long to do this?" As for the printer, I did a horrible thing and got my laser rolls sticky with some iron on craft paper. YIKES!! Alfredo was in constant communication with me about my printer and what he was doing to remedy the big mistake I did. I appreciated his candor and attitude along with his business partner. My iFix with Alfredo is amazing! The back glass on my iPhone cracked, creating splinters. I reached out to Alfredo, who was very responsive. The back glass was on order, but I needed to travel before they'd arrive. So Alfredo called me, offering recommendations for how to protect my phone during travel, and assured me that the part would be in upon my return. I followed his advice and thankfully the phone was fine during travel despite the damage. Upon my return two weeks later, when I reached out to him, he had the part and was ready to schedule the repair! I had a couple of scheduling conflicts but he graciously worked around my schedule and made sure that the repair happened promptly (it's a longer repair task, not something that can be done in an hour). Prior to doing the actual repair, he provided advice regarding phone backup to assure that nothing was lost during the repair process. I now have a shiny new back glass on my phone - no more splinters! We added a new front protector too, just in case! I highly recommend Alfredo and My iFix - he is professional, pleasant and very competent. The price was very competitive and the overall service experience is excellent!
