My iFix is fantastic. The touchscreen on my iPhone 13 was no longer working and I brought it in. Alfredo took my phone apart, reset it put a new screen protector on and got it up and running. He took pictures of the inside and explained everything to me in detail. He didn't charge me to take my phone apart to look at it to diagnose it because it didn't need an actual repair after he rebooted it, which I thought was very generous. I had already been to AT&T and like to avoid the Apple Store, so I visited Alfredo at Ifix. I was there last year for a phone battery replacement, as my mom told me about "the little guys next to sprouts" and the work they had done for the clinic that she worked at in the same shopping center. I needed help with something a bit more complicated than a new battery this time. I'm so thankful I went back to them! I spent quite a bit of time near the shop witnessing how Alfredo interacted with the other customers, and it was evident that all of them were treated with the same respect and high quality service that I was. I have had two items worked on at My iFix, a new phone screen last summer and more recently a printer repair. Alfredo did the screen repair really quickly so my daughter could be on her way. After we fixed it we thought, "that was not too expensive and didn't take long at all, why did we wait so long to do this?" As for the printer, I did a horrible thing and got my laser rolls sticky with some iron on craft paper. YIKES!! Alfredo was in constant communication with me about my printer and what he was doing to remedy the big mistake I did. I appreciated his candor and attitude along with his business partner.
