Went in yesterday for a charge port replacement on my PRO MAX 12. Nash Jako seemed friendly enough and sounded like he knew what to do. He said $49 which was unbelievable since everyone wanted $149. That's when I should have walked out. He told me to leave the phone and it would be done in an hour. I gave him over 2 hours while I ran errands. Another red flag was I had to ask him for some sort of receipt that I gave him my phone. He reluctantly did after requested it. Came back and he showed me it was charging. Great except when I got in my car to play music, the phone shut off and started booting every 3 min. I went back and told him and his response was to power cycle the phone and come back tomorrow if it still had the same issue. I came back at 10:08 am as they post they are open at 10am. I waited until 10:23 and no one showed. I then called and text with no response. If you are not going to open your doors with your posted time that's another red flag. I looked on line and this booting every 3 min is a common problem when using cheap aftermarket parts. Don't expect any warranty from these guys either as they never offered one or a receipt. $49 down the drain. Enjoy a good meal on me NASH read more

I get you want the best reviews, but the truth is I came in to replace the screen, it got replaced then the guy says it needed a new battery so I got that replaced as well, the battery failed and I messaged you about it. Now you want to tell me I never came to your store in the first place? Are you serious? I have the bank statement that I went to SD PHONE REPAIR IN CHULA VISTA I came back in to get the battery replaced your clerk didn't want to replace it the battery failed again. Luckily Apple still replaced the battery. I will never again do business with you ever again. read more

My phone doesn't work the same anymore. My phone is constantly telling me there is no SIM card. They also lied to me about the price; gave me one amount before I agreed to get it fixed there then when I went to pay they gave me a different price and said if I paid cash they would lower it back down to the original price they gave me. Also took them almost 3 hours so not sure why people are saying it took them 10 minutes. Would not recommend this place.I wouldn't trust any of the "good" reviews either,I'm sure they are friends of people who work here. read more
