I had to pay $30 to use the facility. Such a bad customer service. The gym was good. They have good workout space and good locker room facilities including steam, sauna and hot tub. Steam and hot tub are cohead. So prepare to bring bathing suits. If the customer service was good, they would absolutely get higher rating.
